I am scheduled to take a trip in May to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Two weeks ago I phoned the Road Scholar to see if they had received my health and info form. I couldn't remember if I had mailed it. The representative said the travel group handling the tripEducational Travel Consultants, would immediately get back to me. After a week of not hearing, I phoned again and this time the service rep said the group was probably far too busy to phone me back but she would forward the message again. After over two weeks, I still have not received a reply to what I thought was a simple question. If they cannot deal with this, how can they efficiently handle a 12 day trip? I am worried.

Why don't you try contacting ETC yourself? Here is their phone #

800-247-7969

I tried ETC a few months ago with a question on buying tickets to cultural events when we were there and they never answered. I left a message a week ago and have received no reply. This week I will phone Road Scholar again for the third time. My concern is that I will get a frantic phone call from somebody a few days before we leave saying that they have not received my form and that I will have to go to great trouble to get something to them. This does not seem like a good way to run a trip
