Les Quatre Tours de Madrid

Les Quatre Tours représentent la partie la plus moderne et futuriste de Madrid . Leur construction a débuté en 2004 et elle ont été inaugurées entre la fin de l’année 2008 et les débuts de 2009.

Les Quatre Tours de Madrid font partie des plus hauts gratte-ciel d'Espagne. Le nom officiel du complexe est Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA) et il est situé dans l' ancienne ville sportive du Real Madrid .

Les tours se situent là où se trouvait l’ancienne Cité sportive du Real Madrid . Aujourd’hui, la zone compte de espaces ouverts, des jardins et des fontaines.

Les Quatre Tours sont aujourd’hui les quatre plus hauts gratte-ciels d’Espagne. Voici une petite description de chacune d’entre-elles :

Dominant Madrid d'une vue plongeante du haut de ses 248 mètres, la tour Cepsa est l'un des plus hauts bâtiments d'Espagne. L'œuvre de Norman Foster est la deuxième plus haute tour du groupe et possède l'architecture la plus frappante et l'éclairage le plus accrocheur.

Cet impressionnant gratte-ciel avait été acquis à l'origine par la Caja Madrid en 2007.

La Tour PwC (Torre PwC) est la seule des quatre tours a avoir été conçue par des architectes espagnols : Carlos Rubio Carvajal et Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walter . Elle mesure 236 mètres.

Dans cette tour, se trouvent l’un des hôtels les plus luxueux de Madrid, l’Eurostars Madrid Tower . L’hôtel se trouve jusqu’au 31ème étage ; aux deux derniers étages se trouve un luxueux restaurant panoramique.

Tour de Cristal

Construite par l’architecte des Tours Petronas de Kuala Lumpur, la Tour de Cristal (Torre de Cristal) est le plus haut bâtiment d'Espagne, ainsi que la plus haute des quatre tours avec ses 249 mètres de haut. Au sommet se trouve un curieux jardin de 600 mètres carrés.

Tour Espacio

Avec plus de 230 mètres de haut et 57 étages , la Tour Espace (Torre Espacio) abrite les bureaux des entreprises les plus importantes et de diverses ambassades.

La cinquième tour

Connue sous le nom de tour Caleido, la cinquième tour a été construite des années après ses voisines. Le bâtiment compte 38 étages et est la plus basse des 5 tours malgré ses 180 mètres de haut.

Les Quatre Tours , les quatre piliers d'une amitié qui se déséquilibre au départ de l'un d'entre eux. Concentré sur la relation privilégiée entre Christophe (qui reste) et son meilleur ami Nassim (qui part). Désinvolture, dénie, aigreur, acceptation, les quatre étapes pour entendre l'épanouissement de celui qu'on aime comme un frère (ou plus ), au dépend de son fort sentiment d'attachement.

Le deroulé n'est pas forcément très original (centré aussi sur une amitié cristallisée, Grand Paris de Jauvat , paradoxalement moins réussi, était plus surprenant) mais c'est de la belle ouvrage, c'est magnifiquement filmé et confirmation, après Fragile , de tout le bien que je pense de Yasin Houicha , conquis une nouvelle fois par son bagout.

un court-métrage plutôt réaliste, accompagné de beaux plans, d’une colorimétrie qui fait largement le taf, avec de très belles minutes sur l’amour, l’amitié et les liens fraternels mis en abyme avec la rupture. néanmoins, il m’a manqué un petit quelque chose pour plonger véritablement dedans, ainsi qu’un léger développement personnel sur la relation des deux amis fidèles l’un à l’autre (peut-être des flashbacks de certains moments partagés ensemble?) et la fin m’a un peu « coupé l’herbe sous le pied », c’est dommage :/

Un très beau court sur l’amitié, qui montre bien toute la mélancolie qui peut accompagner la fin d’une époque. Philippe Machado pose un certain regard sur la banlieue et l’amitié entre garçons, qu’il filme avec beaucoup de tendresse. Yassine Houicha est excellent et Noham Edje crève l’écran dans la scène du karaoké (avec un très bon choix de morceau soit dit en passant). Un petit groupe qu’on a l’impression de connaître, et qu’on aurait bien voulu suivre plus longtemps ! Bref, allez voir ce court :)

Julián Álvarez, Conor Gallagher, Alexander Sorloth et Robin Le Normand . Les '4 Fantastiques' de l' Atlético de Madrid de Diego Pablo Simeone ont été présentés ce mercredi avec tous les honneurs au Cívitas Metropolitano.

C'est dans une ambiance assourdissante que les supporters ont accueilli leurs nouveaux héros dans les travées du temple rouge et blanc. Ils ont tous eu le temps de se promener au centre du terrain et de recevoir la chaleureuse ovation de ceux qui sont déjà leurs supporters.

Le premier à apparaître est Robin Le Normand, surpris par l'accueil . Le champion d'Europe a annoncé qu'il souhaitait réaliser de grandes choses avec l'Atlético de Madrid après son départ de la Real Sociedad.

Gallagher prononce ses premiers mots en espagnol

Alexander Sorloth lui emboîte le pas. En lever de rideau, le géant norvégien a été acclamé après avoir marqué son premier but sous le maillot 'Colchonero' . Il a sauvé ses coéquipiers lors du premier match nul de la saison de Liga contre Villarreal (2-2).

Ensuite deux motos sont apparues sur le terrain et le nouveau '4 '. Conor Gallagher - qui a prononcé ses premiers mots en espagnol - a reçu la première grande ovation de la soirée, après des négociations plus que complexe avec Chelsea pour son départ de Londres.

Et pour finir, tour à 'l'Araignée'. Camouflé dans les tribunes et audacieux avec la 'Selfie Cam', Julián Álvarez est descendu sur le vert du Cívitas Metropolitano pour clôturer une soirée passionnante à l'Atlético de Madrid. Prochaine étape: la réception de Gérone lors de la deuxième journée de Liga.

Les Quatre tours

Christophe a toujours vécu à la cité avec sa bande d’amis. Des habitudes, une routine, de l’ennui. Il a du mal à voir son meilleur ami, Nassim, quitter la banlieue. Entre un sentiment d’abandon et l’amertume d’une page qui se tourne, ce changement de vie provoque des rancœurs. Christophe ne dit peut-être pas tout de ses sentiments. Au cœur du déménagement, il va tout faire pour perturber l'événement.

Dans la mer, un homme nage. Au fur et à mesure de sa progression, les souvenirs remontent à la surface. De sa petite enfance à sa vie d’homme, tous ses souvenirs sont liés à l’eau. Certains sont heureux, d’autres glorieux, d’autres traumatiques. Cette histoire sera celle de sa dernière nage. Elle nous mènera de la source à la rivière - des eaux des bassins de l’enfance à ceux des piscines - d’un pays d’Afrique du Nord aux rivages de la Méditerranée - des stades olympiques aux bassins de rétention d’eau - des camps de concentration aux plages rêvées de la Réunion. L’homme finira par disparaître dans le bleu infini de la mer.

🦋 "Papillon" a remporté l'Ours de Cristal du Jury jeunes à la Berlinale 2024 et a été sélectionné en compétition officielle du Festival international du film d'animation d'Annecy, où il a reçu le Prix André Martin.

The group of producers working under the Quatre Tours banner farm around 270 hectares of land around the villages of Venelles, Puyricard, Puy Ste Reparade in the rolling hills just north of Aix en Provence, the countryside that inspired Van Gogh and Cézanne. The land covers several micro climates: located on either side of the Trevaresse mountain range, between 200 and 400 meters of altitude. The soils are composed mainly of marl and chalk, and occasionally a little sand. The Mediterranean climate here is tempered by the Mistral.

Les Quatre Tours came into existence in 1924 (many cooperatives were born in that period, just after the 1st World War). Located in the town of Venelles, it operated as a very typical village co-op until the end of the 20th century, where the locals went with their jerry cans in order to “refuel” from the large tanks and then bottle the wines at home. Most of the wine was sold in bulk to negociants; nothing was put in bottle at the co-op.

In the 1990s, facing a very different and declining market for cheap, bulk wines, a group of the winegrowers decided to completely change the direction of the co-op. The idea was to model themselves after a small, quality “winery.” Their first decision was to change their way of cultivating the vines: – reducing the yields through better pruning and cultivating grass between the rows – working sustainably – letting the winery manage the harvest of each grower

Then they made major investments in the cellar: – new press – temperature control – new tanks – new people: they hired a professional oenologist and an experienced managing director.

Most importantly there was a complete shift in attitude, converting simple grape growers into wine lovers who believe in the quality of the final product. This has cost them a number of members who didn’t share this philosophy of quality over quantity but it has also brought in new, like-minded growers. The vineyards of the partners of Les Quatre Tours are treated like a single estate, with each parcel managed according to its terroir, regardless of owners’ boundaries. The wines are vegan.

Tour de l'Avenir : Pablo Torres fait coup double dans la 4e étape, Jarno Widar troisième

L'espagnol pablo torres a remporté la 4e étape du tour de l'avenir courue jeudi sur 142,6 km entre la rosière et les karellis en france et en profite pour prendre la tête du classement général. jarno widar a terminé 3e de l'étape et reste 2e au général..

Torres s'est imposé en solitaire avec 36 secondes d'avance sur le Néerlandais Darren van Bekkum et 45 secondes sur Widar. Le Britannique Joseph Blackmore, leader du général avant le départ, a terminé 8e à 1:26.

Blackmore perd ainsi le maillot jaune de leader du général au profit de Torres. L'Espagnol compte 31 secondes d'avance sur Widar et 1:03 sur Blackmore.

Vendredi, la 5e étape mènera les coureurs des Karellis jusqu'à Condoue après 119,3 km de course.

Le Tour de l'Avenir est habituellement considéré comme le Tour de France des coureurs de moins de 23 ans. Disputé par équipe nationale, il est l'une des courses les plus prestigieuses de la catégorie U23, avec des coureurs tels que le Slovène Tadej Pogacar, le Colombien Nairo Quintana ou encore l'Espagnol Miguel Indurain figurant à son riche palmarès.

L'épreuve a déjà été remportée quatre fois par un coureur belge. Cian Uijtdebroeks a triomphé en 2022, suivant les traces de Jan Bakelants (2008), Johan Bruyneel (1990) et Eddy Schepers (1977).
