Good for families with older children. The view of the valley is also great along with the outdoor seating area. The wine and dining options are also adequate with Indian, Italian, continental, Chinese and Japanese options available. The rates are reasonable and the fare is delicious. What could probably be better is the breakfast spread. The staff is courteous and helpful. This was a stay my family enjoyed a lot, thanks to the comfortable stay that we had.

Evershine Resort & Spa

My stay was in Off season as could only conquered the rain through my 1 day stay at hotel. So plan accordingly. Anyways the Hotel location was about 4-5 km away from main market. The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed my Stay.

The staff was great! The hotel would get better review from us, if we had not visit it in a rainy season. Almost all day was raining and even in time of our arrival our room had a musty smell and we had feeling that everything is wet. The room was small. If we was in the room only for overnight so ok - we would not have problem, but we spent in the room a lot of time (because of rain) and our 1,5 year old daughter, has to stay and play only on the bed. Around bed was place just for walking around. Of course they had a big "game room" but it was more likely meant for older children. There is a lot of place around the hotel (small garden, big drawn, where children can play), but it is possible to enjoy it only when it is not raining. During rainy season, there is built and covered narrow corridor to be possible cross from your room to main building. The food we cannot judge objectively, since we don't like too spicy food, but Indian people do. In specification of hotel is written that there is indoor pool... firstly they told us, that they don't have the indoor pool only outdoor one and after they told it, the it was closed. So it was not possible to use it. For this money there is possible to choose a hotel with better background during rainy season, nut you have to see it on the place and not choose from few pictures from the web site.

Sprawling resort with a good swimming pool, excellent indoor games where we spent a lot of time. Very spacious rooms. We would surely recommend it to our friends and we would definitely stay there the next time we visit Mahabaleshwar/Panchgani.

The place is serene but it's bit away from Mahabaleshwar (roughly 12 km). Hence for tourists, it will be additional cost for taxi. However, the place is value for money and provides nice room (go for the spacious room at slightly extra cost) with good food at reasonable rates (there is no other good restaurants in the vicinity) and the staff are polite and well behaved. So I felt the additional travel expenses are more than compensated. It is recommended for couples, families who want to stay at a peaceful place away from all the rush in Mahabaleshwar market side.

This is always recommend who is travelling to Mahabaleshwar. Food is awesome and service and rooms too.

Hotel Meera Vatika

We stayed for 3 days in meera vatika, the stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were very good.

Exterior view

The hotel is way too far from Mahabaleshwar. About 10 - 12 Km. in a jungle. The rooms are good and comfortable. The hotel is dirty in common areas and dining room. Overall expensive. 3 star room fare for a 2 star hotel facility.

It was a family trip for us and we wanted to stay in a decent place with basic cleanliness and hygiene and well cooked food. We chose this hotel after seeing the reviews of Tripadvisor. Honestly this was a good choice and we did not repent. Few things: Keep in mind that this is in Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar is a good 16 kms away. Hence it would be great if you have your car. The property is very close to the Mapro farm, around 3 kms before Mapro, The rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept. As soon as you reach you will be greeted with the freshly grown strawberries. The warmth you get here is very nice. Do not expect a lot of varieties in the food.Order the basic maharastrian or Kolhapuri chicken. Do not order fancy items. The points are at a fair distance. The hotel is basic but very well kept and is run with a lot of warmth and good heart. Try to book the hotel from their site or agoda. Rates are quite attractive and at that price this is a steal. Great work keep it up.

I was really disappointed with the stay. The movement I entered in the room till check out not a pleasant experience I had. Pls note below - Room structure, wasn't user friendly. TV placed on left wall and fan on the right hand side. It took almost 5 calls to understand the operations of switches. There was no extra plug point in the room. So at a time only person can charge their phone. We were using two phones n watches which needs to be charged after battery drains out however one device could be charged at one time. There was no hygiene standards. Classic example was towels which had stains hence I had asked them to change which was done immediately but new ones were more dirty. TV remote not working and infd to staff but no one changed. Biggest disaster was hot water. In chilling weather naturally we use hot water but in this hotel you will have waste gallons water to get the hot water. Even after, it's not sure that you will get it. Lots of things to discuss. Not worthy at all.
