Friendly and helpful

Just popped in on the off chance to book somewhere at short notice. Charlotte was amazing, so patient and very helpful. Even with loads of tabs open on the computer as I couldn’t decide which location to go for. The girls were so friendly. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

Helpful Staff

The girls I was dealing with all knew their stuff and were courteous at all times. The only problem I encountered was getting confirmation that my payment had gone through. Work commitments made it necessary for me to book on a Saturday.

Exvellent service at Hays Travel

I now book all my overseas holidays with Hays Travel in Durham, usually to different parts of Spain - cities not always near beaches! I find the staff that I have dealt with all very professional, personable and efficient. They pay attention to detail and are able to cover the individual requirements of the customer. I would highly recommend Hays Travel to any holiday maker.

Great service

We had all of the details of our holiday ready, so Georgia went ahead with the booking, efficiently going through each area and checking with us as she went. We did give her a dilemma, as we had a £50 travel voucher from TUI which she hadn’tmseen before, but that was quickly resolved and the booking made, matching our on-line quote. Excellent service as always, with very friendly staff, wouldn’t go anywhere else to book our holidays.

Can you get WiFi in the stores please?

The staff were super-friendly and very knowledgeable. We looked at a few packages before making our decision there and then. The only reason I haven't given five stars - we needed to transfer money from our savings account to our debit account to make payment and there's no Wi-Fi in the shop! Hubby had to go down the street to get a signal in the rain to make the transfer.

Phoned Durham office without prior contact. Spoke with Ashley who was lovely. By the end of the day super holiday to Paphos booked, competitive price, insured, room selection plane seats booked and ready to go. Very friendly but highly professional and prompt service. Highly recommended

Great service.

The holiday I wanted had gone up in price so Ashley looked for alternatives. She found us a great deal on similar dates but with better luggage allowance and breakfast inclusive. She contacted me regularly to update me. Nice and easy to deal with. I'm looking forward to our girls trip to Rome.
