Never again will I use them. We have had a very bad adventure. We arrived in London on Tuesday and the flight to Barcelona was canceled. No reason was given. So we spent the night in London and made a nice tour of all the main sites by taxi. However, my rental car was canceled in Barcelona because I did not show up on time. Even though I called them twice to change the reservation and my wife was in Barcelona already, went twice to the rental car place to advise the delays. I had already paid for the car with airline miles through rocket miles, plus some cash and they did not want to refund. But would happily sell me a new rental for the time of my vacation for $1500. I eventually persuaded them that that is not going to happen and was able to get my reservation reinstated. Horrible experience and there is no possible way to notify them adequately if you have any travel interruptions or delays. I lost 1 day of rental that was never refunded and they informed me they also have no facility or avenue to correct that either.

Definitely have never had a good experience with rocket travel. They don't include things in the fine print but then claim them as policy later. The first time I used them I got charged $500 more at the car rental even after I had prepaid. I tried a second time for a second chance, but after I was on hold for 40 minutes, they wouldn't let me change my time even though my flight was delayed by a day (and this was not mentioned in the fine print either). And when I actually called the car rental company to see if I could pick up the car later they said that rocket travel had already called and cancelled my reservation--without my consent or knowledge. The rental place also said rocket travel was going to send me a refund, which the rude dude on the phone literally just repeated to me 4 times that they would not, which I didn't even ask about and that wasn't why I called in the first place. so I cannot fathom why they lied about a refund afterwards because I know that's not something I agreed to when I bought it...maybe just to get me to hang up? I felt like I was being handled by an automated bot every time. They didn't send me any notification of a cancellation after that. Nothing. I had no idea what was going on. The customer service acted professional enough, but the communication to customers within the company apparently is quite lacking.

Booked a car rental through Rocket travel and got scammed. They didnt respond to my phone call after many tries. My credit card was charged for 3 times value of what I was initially quoted. Scam business! Stay away
