Carnival’s new brochure has the complete guide to the cruise line
Carnival Cruise Line has published its 2023-2025 brochure; a complete guide from ships to shore.
Everything agents need to know about Carnival is now in one place including a comparison of the brand’s two Australian ships – Carnival Splendor and Carnival Luminosa , details on destinations visited as well as room comparison charts and itineraries until June 2025.
In the brochure, readers can explore the 45+ activities to experience onboard their cruise, along with Carnival’s selection of dining options and experiences for both adults and kids. It’s also easy to stay updated with the latest information with QR codes in each section.

The brochure also includes a full guide of what’s included in the fare, as well as tips on what to pack, and other important booking information.
“With Australians now having a bigger appetite for value-for-money holidays than ever before, it was extremely important to us to provide our trade partners with the tools they need to communicate the inclusions and fun that a cruise with Carnival offers,” senior director of sales and marketing at Carnival Cruise Line Australia, Anton Loeb said on the release of the brochure.
“We also wanted to create a brochure that translates both digitally, and in print for those trade partners with customers that love having something to flick through.
“Carnival’s dedicated trade sales team are committed to supporting our valued partners, so we hope this tool, along with others such our ‘GoCCL’ online resource platform, helps to support the trade as they support us. Trade partners can expect the physical copies in stores in the coming weeks or can order copies through the link below.”
To download a digital copy of the new brochure, please click HERE . Printed copies of the brochure are available to order through TIFS brochure ordering tool HERE .

Request brochure by mail ???
By CruzieSue , July 9, 2014 in Carnival Cruise Lines

It is possible to receive a Carnival brochure by mail, detailing all the ships, destinations, etc.? I've looked all over the website but found no link. Thanks for any info.

I don't know if Carnival prints them anymore. They refer you to their website to see deck plans, etc. Personally I don't like looking at the deck plans online. I am still a paper kind of gal.
You may want to stop into a local Travel Agency and see if they have any?
Guess I'm a "paper kind of gal" too !!! I like being able to flip back and forth to the pages I want to compare. We live in a small town with no travel agency, but next time I go to "the big city" I'll try to find one. Thanks for your reply. :)
I am a TA and the only way to really get one is to go into a Travel Agency and get one.

Looks like this is just for a ebrochure which is easy to find. OP is looking for an actual paper one. I would love to have one as well. Mine are all from the 2000s. Short of physically going to a TA, anyone know of one that can drop one in the mail?

$5 gets you one off of eBay.
The Fun Times (prev. Capers) will soon go the way of the printed Travel Brochure.
They better not do away with the Fun Times.
near the beach
You can have a free Carnival DVD mailed to your from Carnival or pick up a paper book from a travel agent.
I doubt they would do away with the fun times. It is a very important piece of cruise material that is a must on every cruise.
And what will be the alternative?
I have am a big fan of less printed paper but can't imagine a decent alternative.
I always wondered why they didn't have small tv's in random spots on the ship displaying the fun times it could certain reduce the number printed.
Being a AAA member we got one mailed from them......
I'm so happy that the brochures are back. I keep hoping that since this was supposedly gone forever that maybe something else that is supposed to be gone forever will return - namely the future cruise certificates.
Totally Agree.....I would be lost without my daily FunTimes onboard. I highlight all the daily activities each morning at breakfast
I thought they did away with the print version a while back?? Have they brought the print version back? awesome ! I miss it too.. I used to enjoy flipping through the pages dreaming of my next adventure.
It was a joy to get the brochures from Carnival, Royal and Princess when I first started cruising. I use to look out for them every few months or so, and would go through them like I was reading a novel. I still get a "brochure" every few months from Princess, but its not as detailed as it once was. Its just a description of the trips, and photos of ports of call or excursions. I have travel agency around the corner from me in a strip mall that I use to book international flights, and every now and then, I'll go in there to stay in contact with the agents, and to pick up a cruise brochure.

I want "hands on" so I can mark them up, carry them, see at a glance without running to some screen to view. 2 seconds later I'll forget what I saw anyway.
I know that Carnival stopped mailing brochures to cut costs. But it looks like they could offer them for a nominal fee to cover costs or have them available onboard.
go the the ebrochure and print it all out. voila, printed brochure (If you want it more like a real brochure, print one page and put the page upside down back into the printer and you have a 2 sided copy. (some printers do this for you automatically)
My printer is broken :( I'm going to have to get a new one soon so I can print my boarding pass and stuff for October. I hate printing all that picture stuff at home though anyway. It eats up so much ink which isn't cheap and the paper isn't nearly as thick and nice.
No matter, I have one coming to me :)
They did do away with the print version in 2011 (I believe), saying no more brochures, must have gotten enough complaints, just brought out a new print brochure this year. I think the print brochure is so much easier and faster than looking all this up on a computer, trying to compare decks etc.
- 1 month later...
The last brochure I got was sailings thru April 2015. Not helpful at all because they have changed a lot of the itineries. They still show cruises from New York on the Splendor for 2015. Splendor's last trip out of NY ends in San Juan Nov. 2014. No more ships on the horizon for NY. As for the printed brochures, a TA informed me that Carnival will NOT be printing any more brochures. The one I mentioned was the last one. So if you have it, keep it. It's a good reference for the ships decks, etc. Also check out http://www.cruisedeckplans.com. It's a good site will all cruise line ships.
And also. Why is Carnival only sailing now in the Caribbean? The ports are getting too repetitive. Would like to see new ports. Bring back Europe, etc.
happiness is cruising
Sorry no!!!
Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app
I have one of the current ones that I got through AAA and it's nothing like they use to be. Now they have the generic deck plans of one of each class instead of having a couple of pages dedicated to each ship.
I miss the brochures as well. I guess I preferred leafing through them, turning the page, just the same as I do a book. I just cant get used to or like these kindles and the like. Give me an old fashioned book or brochure anyday.

Pretty sure they've done away with paper brochures, all the supply now is ebrochures~~try this link

Carnival dont make brochures anymore, they only have online information.
Carnival Australia had to produce their own brochures for TA's in Australia for the Spirit
thats a shame.. I enjoy looking at brochures comparing ships/ ports/ cruise lines.. anyone else find ccl site just a tad bit hard to use?
SNJCruisers
Brochures have gone by the wayside just like the mom & pop travel agency. Nowadays, you educate yourself on the individual cruise line websites. There are many online cruise agencies that are able to answer any specific questions that you may have. At least you're ahead of the game, you know about Cruise Critic and you can get a wealth of information on here from past cruisers of any cruise line as well as information on ports of call and where to stay pre-cruise in your embarkation city . Many of the posters on here know more than on line travel agents.
I have a few brouchures from a few years ago.
They were the worst I have ever seen, thay had almost nothing to do with the ships.
I think it had around 110 pages and it only had 11 pictures of Carnival ships. Some were tiny.
It is mostly stock photos of beaches and tropical stuff, probably not even the place it said it was.
The others were a bunch of people with highly exaggerated and fake smiles/laughs...
Use one of the popular online cruise travel sites.
You can compare all the different cruiselines, broken down into week, ports, # of days, cabins, ect.
Much better than using the individual cruiseline company websites.
i can't believe the horrible, out of date website carnival has. Some of it is downright misleading, in my opinion.
They have "dumbed' it down so much that it is almost impossible to use..
Just out of curiosity.....what did you find to be so misleading about the website?
- 6 years later...
Carnival does have print brochures:D:D. However they are too cheap to mail directly to guests. You have to get one thru a travel agent.

Does paper still exist?

My brick and mortar TA stocks brochures for many cruise lines.
The Carnival brochure is very helpful. It contains deck plans for every ship and itineraries.
My current one is dog-earred and nearly worn out, and is a valuable tool.

There are websites that have deck plans for every major cruise line and all of their ships, not just Carnival. Brick and mortar TA's are only valuable for those that are not savvy with the internet.

There seems to be a lot of that going on lately.

I think the days of printed brochures is long gone. You can get everything you need online.

You can also get a ton of valuable information on ANY ship on any cruise line by watching YouTube videos of them. Far more informative than a paper brochure, and I’m a senior citizen, so it’s not just for younger generations.
If you're savvy enough to know about and post on CC, then you're savvy enough to do cruise research online.
You're right. But I love the whole page deck plans. And I love the personal knowledge the TA has from having been on the ships we discuss.
No right or wrong way, just grateful there are still many ways to gather information.
To each his own.
I got my Carnival paper brochure (112 pages) late last year from my AAA travel agent. It lists sailings through April 2019 although some of the sailings do change. Check with a travel agent. I look at deck plans on line but it very convenient to just get my book out and look at the whole ship's layout on 2 facing pages with all symbols and colors defined.
firemanbobswife
I also like brochures for a quick reference. It’s easier for me to pull out the book than it is to turn the laptop on and sort through all the different pages especially when looking at deck plans. Celebrity still offers brochures for free through mail and as soon as they update it with Edge I’ll be ordering. I had to go to a TA a couple years ago to get a Carnival one. I felt bad as I never intended to use them, but I had to act like I was interested to get one. Talk about Carnival putting their customers in an awkward situation.
You can gather more information on CC than any biased info from a TA who could be pushing a certain cruise line because of fam trips they went on. And the cruise deck plans online provide more information than any paper brochure.
But, if you need the guidance of a TA, so be it.

I just want a brochure, not all the nonsense that goes along with a TA. Unfortunately Carnival makes you go through a TA to get one. I find the paper ones easier to read than the ones on the computer and it’s quicker to break out my brochure especially if I’m sitting in bed thinking about planning or am not sure of something. I still have ones with the Holiday in it and It’s neat to be able to go back and look.
We attended a travel expo in January of this year and the young lady at the Carnival desk had a stack of new brochures--we got two. Full color with deck plans for all ships currently sailing.

Carnival Cruise Line Brings Back the Paper Daily Program
- February 24, 2023
Carnival Cruise Line is bringing back the printed daily programs across its fleet. According to John Heald, the company’s brand ambassador, the Funtimes newsletter will once again be published and distributed to guests on a daily basis.
The change, which will take place in late February, comes after guests’ feedback, he noted.
“Many of you have written to me over the past months saying how much you miss the Funtimes being delivered to your cabin,” Heald explained on a social media post.
“So, in the days and weeks ahead, we will provide a printed version of the Funtimes in the cabin mailbox the night before,” he added while thanking the company’s executives for listening to passengers’ the comments.
The HUB App, which had previously replaced the printed daily program, will continue to provide all of the ships’ programming information on a live basis, Heald said.
Available for IOS and Android cellphones, the app also offers food and beverage features, spa and shore excursion booking capabilities, virtual queuing for onboard venues, updated health and safety information, and more.
Since late 2022 , the HUB App features a new casino section as well, allowing guests to track their Point and Player Bank, stay in-the-know about special casino events happening throughout their cruise and more.
In addition to the printed daily programs, Carnival also brought back other features since restarting cruise operations in mid-2021.
In January 2023, for instance, the company announced the return of Behind the Fun , a backstage tour that allows guests to look behind the crew-only doors, visiting areas that include the ships’ main galleys, bridges and engine control rooms.
Previously, in November 2022, Carnival also brought back the Faster to the Fun experience. A priority embarkation package that includes other onboard perks and is is now available across the fleet once again.
