About The Cadillac Three

Leaving a lasting impression on fans across the globe with their instinctive sonic tendencies, The Cadillac Three prove they are Nashville’s most versatile band – spending their formative years playing music together in garages before graduating to sold-out venues and being added to major festival lineups. Singer-guitarist Jaren Johnston, drummer Neil Mason and lap-steel player Kelby Ray have been performing together for over a decade and adding to their following of both Country and Rock loyalists. TC3 boasts chart-topping tracks and album cuts for Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Miranda Lambert and Steven Tyler, to name a few. Mason wrote “ Payback ” alongside Aaron Eshuis and Ryan Hurd, whose single version featured TC3 and followed Rascal Flatts’ previous release of the track. Both collectively and individually, they have been nominated for GRAMMY and ACM Awards.

TC3 remained resolute in their creativity in 2020, releasing two albums – February’s  Country Fuzz  and October’s surprise  Tabasco & Sweet Tea  – hosting  Country Fuzz Radio  and serving the music community.  “ The Cadillac Three’s contribution to a year like no other can be measured in albums released, songs released (28), live-streamed shows recorded, donations collected, venues supported, mouths fed and positive messages sent. Landing a spot on the revered list [ACM Awards], among their friends, collaborators, and peers, feels like a victory for the trio who has never stopped putting in the work,” observes  American Songwriter . With “ Long After Last Call ”  Rolling Stone noted TC3 “Sound the Alarm for Clubs in Crisis” while their “ Bridges ” music video shoot teamed up with  Music Venue Alliance Nashville .

TC3’s freewheeling vibe finds fans from all sides of the world relishing in their unpredictable sets, touring on their own and with A-listers Eric Church, Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan, plus iconic rockers Metallica and Slayer. As a popular international act, TC3 was named  Best New Band  at the 2014 UK Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards and received a 2019 CMA International Award nomination for  International Artist Achievement .

Visit  thecadillacthree.com  for TC3’s latest happenings,  10th Anniversary Tour  dates, 2022  Hillbilly Hypnotized Tour  details and tune in to  Country Fuzz Radio  each week.

Miranda Lambert announces 2024 tour dates

Shows kick off on April 19th

With the twice-extended Velvet Rodeo residency having come to a close in Las Vegas this weekend, Miranda Lambert will now bring her dynamic live show to a series of one-off dates across the country this summer, with additional shows to be added in the coming weeks.

Joining headlining sets at Stagecoach, Rock the Country, Calgary Stampede, Under the Big Sky and more, as well as a three-night stand at Whitewater Amphitheater in her home state of Texas, the three-time Grammy winner now adds six shows throughout July, August, and September spanning from coast to coast. Tickets to the newly added dates go on sale to the general public this Friday, April 12th at 10 am local time.

“I’ve been touring since I was 19 years old, so it was nice to step away from the road for a bit and settle into Vegas,” reflects Lambert. “That gave us time to miss touring though, so I cannot wait to get back out there on Elvira, my home away from home, and visit the fans across the country that we haven’t seen in a while.”

Lambert’s Velvet Rodeo kicked off at Planet Hollywood’s Bakkt Theater in September of 2022, spanning 48 total shows in 18 months. During that time, she released cross-genre collaborations with both Leon Bridges and Enrique Iglesias while also intentionally taking time to write and record new music of her own; launched her label imprint , Big Loud Texas; and even added New York Times best-selling author to her lengthy list of accolades with the release of her book, Y’all Eat Yet?

Miranda Lambert Added New Band Members For Wildcard Tour

By Gayle Thompson - January 22, 2020 03:18 pm EST

She didn't get rid of her old band members, but Miranda Lambert did hire some new people to join her band for her current Wildcard Tour . The 36-year-old reveals her band is now bigger than ever, but not just because she wanted a different sound. Instead, Lambert chose to add more band members to help the ones she already has, some who have been with her for years, and she is immensely proud of all of them.

"I've got a huge band now because we've grown organically over time," Lambert told Grammy.com . "I've got some guys who've been with me for 15 to 18 years and I've got some guys we just added just because some of them are getting old and can't play the whole show. [Laughs.] I have a keyboard player who sings great background vocals and my friend Gwen Sebastian who's an amazing singer.

"We're not like fancy on the road," she continued. "We have a great production right now and a beautiful set, but we just go up there and play the songs. There are not a lot of tricks and craziness and pyro and all that. We rely on how good the band is, and that's what makes me comfortable."

Much has changed in Lambert's music, and her life, since her freshman Kerosene album was released in 2005, but at the core she is who she has always been –– and always will be.

"I'm always trying to reinvent myself and find a new sound, but there's always such a common thread in my music," explained the singer. "I think my life actually caught up with my writing. As a young writer, I didn't have a lot of life to write about, but I worked with other people. 'Love Is Looking For You' [from Kerosene ] was deep, and I didn't even get it until I actually lived through it my own self.

"When I hear 'Mess With My Head,' which is my new 'innovative' song, and then I hear 'Kerosene,' I think I'm pretty consistent with my statements and my sounds."

It was "Mess With My Head" that perhaps stretched Lambert the most, part of her proof that she can still evolv e, even after so many years in the business.

"I'm open to new things," Lambert said. "The way we put music down is all changing so quickly — literally day to day, it can change — and I'm not trying to be too old school. I mean, I'm old-school romantic about putting out country records; that's just what I do. But I know I want to stay in the game and go with whatever the changes are, so I'm trying to be flexible."

Lambert is joined on her Wildcard Tour by Cody Johnson and LANCO . Find tour dates at MirandaLambert.com.

From Hootie to Blink-182, here are the concerts to add to your Upstate summer lineup

miranda banda tour

Greenville and the surrounding area are set to have a sizzling summer music scene as a host of international and local country, rock and R&B artists will arrive in the Upstate between May and September.

Over the last year, Fantasia , Jellyroll , Thomas Rhett and more notable acts have contributed to Greenville's popularly growing music scene. As we await the upcoming 2025 Trueline entertainment venue and Peace Center's A Music Project to arrive by the end of the decade, there are still a ton of great top performers to see throughout the Upstate.

As the weather heats up and the Greenville-area social events begin to sprout, here are 10 of our favorite shows to see this summer throughout the area:

Entertainment News: Peace Center announces 2024-2025 Broadway Series; Greenville to see $50 million in impact

Frank Foster at The Foundry at Judson Mill, May 4

Indie-country artist Frank Foster arrives in Greenville just before summer officially begins. The independent artist who writes and sings his original works will star at one of Greenville's best new music venues: The Foundry at Judson Mill.

Since 2011, Foster has climbed the Country Billboard charts, reaching as high as number seven and number two in the sales charts in 2018 with his album "Til I'm Gone."

Tickets for the 7 p.m. show are $20 — a good deal for a great time.

Location: 701 Easley Bridge Road, Unit 6030, Greenville

Keith Sweat at the Peace Center, May 5

R&B and Soul make its way to the Peace Center as Keith Sweat will serenade downtown Greenville with sounds of the '90s with a 14-album solo catalog spanning as recently as 2018.

His career highlights include genre classics "Make It Last Forever," "Nobody," and "Get Up on It," with both a 1993 Soul Train Lifetime Achievement Award and a 1997 American Music Award to boast, plus collaborations with fellow R&B hitmakers Gerald Levert and Johnny Gill for two albums that reached Billboard charts.

Tickets for the 7 p.m. show can be found at PeaceCenter.org.

Location: 300 S. Main St. (Greenville)

Sister Hazel at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium, May 10

Sister Hazel returns to Spartanburg for the second time as January 2023 saw the rock band sell out the inaugural show inside "The Hall." As nearly 1,800 people attended last year's performance, Lindsay Drakulic, director of marketing for Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium, expects the same.

The Gainsville, Fla. natives are known for their breakout singles "All for You" and "Your Winter," which made the soundtrack for the movie "Ten Things I Hate About You."

"Their return means they are coming back because they enjoyed themselves, which is indicative of how our Spartanburg embraced them," Drakulic said. "They are such a legendary group and true performers; we're honored to have them."

Ticket costs begin at $30 per seat.

Location: 385 N Church St. (Spartanburg)

Tim McGraw: Standing Room Only Tour at Bon Secours, May 16

Tim McGraw will bring over three decades of classic hits to Greenville as his 13th headlining tour arrives at BSWA on May 16.

The Vegabonds with Wim Tapley and The Cannons, June 8 -- The Radio Room

The Vegabonds are no strangers to Greenville, as they are constant staples at many arts festivals around the area and state. The intimate and acoustic space of Radio Room will host the five-member Southern rock band with Alabama ties.

Americana/Rock band Wim Tapley and The Cannons are also on the marquee for the evening. Their most recent album, "Red Room," was released in February 2024.

Location: The Radio Room; 110 Poinsett Hwy (Greenville)

Food Festival: Food Network's Emeril Lagasse, son to prepare Michelin dinner for euphoria, what to know

Rock the Country at the Anderson Sports & Entertainment Center, July 26-27

Rock and country music collide for a two-day festival in Anderson as Kid Rock, Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert headline an event encouraging car and RV camping and featuring 25 food and beverage vendors. Tickets for this concert can be found at rockthecountry.com .

"Anderson gets to showcase the asset that it is and we're excited to see the folks who are visiting from other states and to welcome those who have not experienced the area before," said Marty Elliot, owner of Ready Room Collective, a group that facilitates booking musical acts across the Upstate.

She expects the event to host around 25,000 people each day.

Location: 3027 Martin Luther King Blvd. (Anderson)

Blink-182: One More Time Tour at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, July 29

Drumming-extraordinaire Travis Barker and Blink-182 bring their San Diego roots to the South as the 30-year rock band brings their "One More Time" tour to Greenville, which debuted at number one the week following its release on Billboard 200.

Most known for their 2000s smash hit single "All the Small Things," Blink-182 is responsible for the pop-punk sound influence of the millennium alongside bands Nickelback and Creed.

Location: Bon Secours Wellness Arena; 650 N Academy St.

Kem, Aug. 17, Peace Center

As part of Motown Records' resurgence in the early 2000s, Kem , a neo-soul and R&B legend, brings hit singles "Love Calls" and "I Can't Stop Loving You." After beginning as a table waiter and wedding band singer, Kem earned R&B Single of the Year in 2005 from Billboard Music.

His catalog includes work alongside R&B legends Ronald Isley, Patti LaBelle, Toni Braxton, and more.

Location: Peace Center; 300 S. Main St. (Greenville)

The Smashing Pumpkins: The World is a Vampire, Aug. 27 -- CCNB Amphitheatre

The Smashing Pumpkins are two-time Grammy Award winners in 1997 and 1998 and are known for the creativity and innovation in their music videos.

Amidst the Alternative Rock group's breakup in the mid-2000s, they are heavily responsible for the influence of artists such as Third Eye Blind, My Chemical Romance, and Panic! at the Disco.

Tickets can be found on ticketmaster.com.

Location: CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park; 861 SE Main St. (Simpsonville)

Hootie & The Blowfish, Summer Camp with Trucks Tour, Sept 21 -- BSWA

Miranda Lambert Reveals Huge Tour After Wrapping Vegas Shows

M iranda Lambert wasted no time announcing her next big tour just after wrapping her last Velvet Rodeo show in Las Vegas. What do we know so far about this upcoming tour? Will the Kerosene singer be making a stop in a city near you?

Miranda Lambert Played Her Last Velvet Rodeo Show In Las Vegas

Miranda Lambert recently closed the curtain on her Velvet Rodeo Las Vegas Residency. The country star played the last of her 48 shows in Sin City on April 6, putting an end to an extremely lucrative and successful run. The original Velvet Rodeo was only supposed to be 24 shows. Due to high demand, the number of shows doubled to 48.

Of course, it’s always a sad time when something like this ends. Miranda Lambert shared some parting words to commemorate her time in Las Vegas, and to thank all of the people who came out to see her during her 48 shows.

Country Star Shares Touching Words To Remember Her Time In Sin City

Landing a residency in Las Vegas is a huge deal. Only the best of the best, and the cream of the crop in the entertainment industry get that kind of honor. For artists who are used to playing in a different city every night, having the opportunity to play shows in one place over the course of a year and a half to two years is a nice change of pace for some celebs.

After spending time in Sin City to play those 48 Velvet Rodeo shows, Miranda Lambert had some touching words to share about her experience and what it all means to her.

She said: “Velvet Rodeo wrapped up last night. As a little girl in Lindale, TX, I could have never dreamed of having a Vegas residency. Thank y’all for being on this ride with us. The singer went on to add: “And a big thank you to my band, crew, glam, and everyone else behind the scenes that made this happen. Love y’all!”

Miranda Lambert Announces Huge Upcoming Tour

Miranda Lambert just closed the curtain on her Velvet Rodeo, and already, she just announced another major upcoming tour. The new tour will feature 17 stops, including a number of shows in Texas. These 17 dates will be from April to September, with the opening show taking place in Ashland, Kentucky on April 19.

Miranda Lambert fan club members will have access to tickets starting April 10, with tickets going on sale to the general public on April 12.

One thing for sure is that Miranda Lambert is wasting no time getting back out there on the road, and her fans love to see it, especially those who live in the cities where her tour will be passing through.
