The successor to the Okayo WT-300 model. The new design and numerous facilities for tourists are combined with reliability and crystal-clear sound quality. The system has several interesting and at the same time useful functions, e.g. range loss alarm, energy saving or backlit display. Noteworthy is also a large range of up to 130 m and a very durable housing.

The basic set consists of 50 receivers, 2 transmitters, 2 microphones and a transport bag. The set can be freely configured. It also requires accessories such as disposable headphones or batteries.

A cult system in a digital flavour

The new Okayo WT-300D has well-known and enjoyable properties that its older brother also had, but it also packs some unique functions.

• Hosts HAC (Hearing-Aid Compatible) System , making it friendly for those who make use of hearing aids.
• The transmitter allows for remote adaptation of the channel in the receivers , thanks to which one needs not to worry about sudden interference.
• Up to 150 m line-of-sight range – allowing users to freely roam e. g. the hall they are visiting or the city.
• Long battery life (up to 35 h continuous operation), allowing usage of the system every day without worries that it will suddenly shut down.
• Built-in transmitter microphone – will come to your aid if you lose our external microphone, or constitute a great alternative.
• If the receivers receive no signal from the transmitter, they automatically shut down, saving battery power..

The Okayo WT-300 cannot be described in any other way than as being a cult model. The red receivers have been accompanying guides and tourists across Europe for over ten years now. They have gained a devoted following thanks to their great parameters, such as e. g. range, operating time, resistant housing or simple handling.

All good things come to an end… to make room for something better!

In 2023, we present to you the new digital generation – the Okayo WT-300D (digital).

Thanks to the move to digital transmission, we are able not only to offer more competitive prices than for older, analog versions (parts for analog systems are no longer manufactured, hence, their prices are rising), but we are offer to offer a new – hitherto unavailable – function of remote channel changes in receivers . In addition, Okayo WT-300D receivers are HAC (Hearing-Aid Compatible) , making them friendly to people using hearing aids.

Less means more.

The Okayo WT-300D has twenty-five channels… but it’s only apparently less than in the older generation. The new digital Okayo WT-300 can achieve more channels simultaneously than its analog predecessor. Up to 25 groups can be guided at the same time using separate channels in the same limited space (the analog model allowed up to ten). This means that the probability of interference caused by other groups using the same model at popular tourist destinations is even lower.

New model – known advantages.

The Okayo WT-300D offers very good range – as already known – and an even longer operating time than its analog older brother. One charge or set of fresh batteries will allow the receiver to operate over 35 hours, meaning – ten more.

The housing of the WT-300D has not changed… beside the colour that is. This is still tried and proven ABS material, resistant to fractures and even small cracks, however, this time it comes in a unique and original colour.

The transmitter has a built-in microphone, if your favourite external mike, e. g. the LM-90 or HM-65, is misplaced somewhere.

All current accessories, including Okayo HDC-300 chargers, are compatible with the new Okayo WT-300D model.

The digital model WT-300D (purple receivers, turquoise transmitters) is not compatible with the old analog generations of this model (red receivers, blue transmitters). Lack of compatibility is not grounds for complaint or return of goods.
