Greetings Bluegrass fans,
Monroe Crossing had a very busy July. We managed to dodge a lot of the rainstorms and didn’t have to cancel a single performance. Well, we did have to cut our 4th of July appearance short due to a major thunderstorm, but still, not a bad record considering how much rain we’ve had this summer. We hope to keep our good luck streak going through August.
We return to the stage on Aug. 14 in Barnum, MN at the Carlton County Fairgrounds. Join us for some bluegrass and bluegrass gospel music! On Aug. 23 we will appear at Bluegrass in the Pines in Rosholt, WI. This festival is hosted by Art Stevenson & Highwater and is always a great time full of music, dancing, reminiscing and laughter.
On Labor Day weekend we return to the Minnesota State Fair. On the mornings of Sept. 1 & 2 we will be appearing at the Leinie Lodge Bandshell. We hope you can join us for the Great Minnesota Get Together! For more details see the calendar below or visit our website.
