Posted July 24. Agree with Edinburgher above, as well as the others. This was our second visit to Malta, so we found a taxi driver near the port to take us to Marsaxlokk (lots of cute, colorful boats in harbor there) plus Mdina, a walled city. It was $85 for 3 hours; believe that's a standard price.
