Start practicing your "Fancy" rendition NOW!
- Reba McEntire has been performing live since 1974.
- For the first time ever, Reba is releasing her 1994 Reba Live concert special to the public on YouTube, and fans are so excited.
On Wednesday, July 15, Reba took to Instagram to share that, for the first time ever, she’d be releasing her Reba Live concert special—which hasn’t been streamed since its original 1994 airing—on Friday, July 17 at 7 P.M. CT. Best of all, you don’t have to have cable to tune in. Simply click over to YouTube and soak it all in.
It’s safe to say we’re not the only ones excited for her flashback release.
Caroline Kole from season two of NBC’s Songland commented “OMG YES YES YES.”
Meanwhile, a longtime fan wrote, “This was my very first concert of yours. Can’t wait to relive it!”
“This just made my entire year,” another fan chimed in, followed by crying and heart emojis.
The Reba Live concert special was originally filmed during her U.S. tour in 1994, and aired on NBC on Thanksgiving that same year. Viewers can expect performances of some of Reba’s biggest hits, including “Fancy,” “Is There Life Out There,” “Walk On,” and more.
If you’re worried about missing the special as soon as it airs, set a reminder on YouTube. That way you’ll be pinged just ahead of showtime so that you can grab your snacks and drinks, and get cozy for a fun Friday throwback.
