Rincian Perjalanan

Hari ke - 1: jakarta- madinah.

Peserta Berkumpul di Bandara Soekarno Hatta Terminal 3 Keberanakatan, untuk persiapan teknis dan check in penerbangan menuiu Madinah dengan Saudi Airlines .Insha Allah tiba di Madinah Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz airport malam hari Proses imiarasi dan  pengambilan bagasi Dasukan tidak ada barana vana feranadal…ama an lanasuna di antar menuju hotel untuk beristirahat.

HARI KE - 2: Madinah

Sarapan pagi di hotel. Pagi ini Kita akan melaksanakan shalat sunah dan berdoa di Raudhah didampingi muthawif sekaligus ziarah ke makam rosulullah dan sahabat. Memperbanyak ibadah di masjid nabawi.

HARI KE - 3: Madinah

Sarapan pagi di hotel. Pagi ini kita akan city tour (ziarah) kota Madinah. ziarah diawali dengan mengunjungi Jabal Uhud, yang merupakan bukit yang dijanjikan kelak akan ada di surga seperti di hadist HR. Al bukhari.

Kemudian kita juga akan mengunjungi Masjid Quba, masjid yang pertama dibangun oleh Rasulullah dan ada Hadist yang meriwayatkan apabila solat dimasjid ini pahalanya sama dengan mengerjakan Umroh.

Mengunjungi Pasar Kurma dan berbelanja. Kembali ke Hotel. Free time, memperbanyak ibada di masjid Nabawi.

HARI KE - 4: Madinah - Makkah

Sarapan pagi dan persiapan check out hotel. Jamaah diwajibkan mandi sunah ikhram untuk persiapan ibadah umroh. Menunaikan Ibadah Solat Dzuhur di Masjid Nabawi. Kemudian kita akan sama sama meninggalkan hotel dan berangkat menuju makkah, jarak yang ditempuh sekitar 451 km atau +/- 5 jam perjalanan. Kita akan mengambil nit umroh atau miqot di Bir Ali (Masjid Syajarah).Setibanya di Makkah, kita akan langsung menuju Hotel untuk menyimpan barang barang dan makan malam. Melaksanakan Rangkaian Ibadah Umroh di Masjidil Haram

HARI KE - 5: Makkah

Sarapan pagi di hotel. Hari ini bebas (free time), memperbanyak ibadah di Masjidil Haram.

HARI KE - 6: Makkah

Sarapan pagi di hotel. Pagi ini kita akan city tour (ziarah) kota makkah. Diwali dengan mengunjungi Padang Arafah, yang memiliki sejarah tentang Nabi Adam dan Hawa yang setelah diturunkan ke bumi kemudian terpisah ratusan tahun dan dipertemukan kembali di Padang Arafah tepatnya di Jabal Rahmah. Di tempat ini pula lah digunakan para jamaah untuk melaksanakan wukup. Masih dilokasi perbukitan yang sama kita juga bisa mengunjungi Jabal Tsur, dimana dipuncak bukit tsur ini terdapat Gua Tsur yang merupakan tempt persembunyian Rasulullah dan sahabatnya dari kaum Quraisy.

Kemudian kita akan mengunjungi tempt diturunkannya Surat Al Alaq yaitu Jabal Nur. Dari Padang Arafah kita akan bergerak mengunjungi Muzdalifah dan Mina. Muzadalifah adalah tempt para jamaah haji mengumpulkan batu kerikil untuk nanti digunakan melempar jumrah di mina. Kembali ke Hotel untuk makan sing. Melaksanakan umroh kedua bagi jamaah yang ingin.

HARI KE - 7: Makkah - Jeddah - Zurich

Thawaf Wada dilakukan setelah check out dari hotel, jamaah kemudian bertolak menuju Jeddah Airport selanjutnya terbang menuju Geneva, sat tiba di Geneva jamaah akan diantar ke Zurich. Tiba sore hari di Zurich, makan malam, check in Hotel dan Istirahat.

HARI KE - 8: Zurich

Setelah sarapan pagi, anda langsung di ajak menuju ke Mt. Titlisdan makan siang di puncak Mt. Titlis, sore hari nya anda akan di ajak menuju kota Lucerne untuk city tour melewati Lion Monument, menikmati pemandangan danau Lucerne berbelanja dipusat kota Lucernce. Kembali ke Zurich,

Check In Hotel dan istirahat.

HARI KE - 9: Zurich - Paris

Sarapan Pagi di Hotel. Kemudian Checkout. Pagi ini kita akan bertolak menuju Paris. Setibanya di Paris kita akan mengunjungi Grand Mosque Paris. Sightseeing Kota Paris, Check In Hotel dan istirahat.

HARI KE - 10: Paris

Setelah makan pagi anda akan diajak city tour kota paris, melewati Arc de Triomphe, Champ-elysees, Notre dame de paris ,Place de la Concorde, Les invalids, Luvre museum dan Foto stop di Menara Eiffel ,serta berbelanja di Paris look dan gallery Lafayette.

HARI KE - 11: Paris

Setelah Sarapan Pagi, hari ini kita akan mengikuti city tour dengan mengunjungi Eiffel Tower included access to 2nd floor, photo stop di Louvre Museum, setelah it melihat pemandangan di Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, Arch du Triomphe, mengunjungi Fragonard Perfumery Museum, setelah itu waktu free untuk berbelanja di Galeries Lafayette. Selanjutnya akan kami antar kembali ke hotel untuk beristirahat.

HARI KE - 12: Paris - Brussels - Amsterdam

Setelah Sarapan Pagi, check-out hotel, dipagi hari kita akan berangkat menuju di hari ini jamaah akan mengikuti City Tour di Brussels dengan mengunjungi Mannekin Piss, Atomium dan Grand Palace, setelah itu jamaah akan melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Amsterdam. Setelah tiba kami antar ke hotel di Amsterdam untuk check-in dan beristirahat.

HARI KE - 13: Amsterdam

Setelah Sarapan Pagi, acara hari ini kita akan mengunjungi Zaanse Schans & Volendam, di sore harinya akan mengunjungi Diamond Factory (Include Cruise). Melihat pemandangan dari Dam square, Royal Palace, National Monument, Central Station, Rijksmuseum. Setelah itu jamaah akan kami antar menuju hotel untuk beristirahat.

HARI KE - 14: Amsterdam - Jakarta

Setelah Sarapan Pagi, check-out hotel, Acara Bebas sampai tiba saatnya kita akan menuju bandara untuk Kepulangan ke tanah air.

HARI KE - 15: Jakarta

• Informasi mengenai harga wisata halal dan program perjalanan bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu menyesuaikan keadaan flight atau kondisi Negara tujuan wisata.
• Untuk informasi yang tercantum pada website adalah harga untuk minimum grup keberangkatan sebanyak 15 orang (program wisata) dan sebanyak 40 orang (program umroh).
•  Informasi harga yang tercantum pada website adalah harga dengan minimum USD 14.500. Namun, untuk harga tersebut akan berubah, menyesuaikan dengan harga usd yang naik.
• Bagi para Peserta wisata halal maupun umrah wajib untuk menyerahkan lebih dulu deposit minimum, yaitu Rp 10.000.000 dan untuk pelunasannya paling lambat 1 bulan sebelumkeberangkatan.
• Untuk pendaftarannya tidak disertai dengan deposit, sifatny a tidak mengikat, sehingga bisa dibatalkan sepihak tanpa peserta wisata halan dan umrah diberitahu terlebih dahulu.
• Mengenai jadwal tour dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu mengikuti kondisi tanpa mengubah isi dalam Itinerary, jika pada saat tour berlangsung terdapat bencana alam, pameran dsb.
• Bagi Peserta yang sudah berusia tujuh puluh tahun ke atas wajib ikut Wisata Halal atau Umrah Bersama dengan keluarga lainnya untuk menghindari terjadinya masalah yang tidak dinginkan kedepannya.

PERSYARATAN

Persyaratan tergantung dengan wisata halal atau umrah yang dipilih.

Pada Deviasi meliputi Perubahan, perpanjangan, penambahan, penyimpangan rute perjalanan di luar rute perjalanan dengan ketentuan:

• Deviasi akan dapat diproses jika deposit sudah diterima dan menyertakan fotokopi paspor.
•  Deviasi dapat dilaksanakan bila jumlah peserta memenuhi kuota yang ditentukan oleh maskapai penerbangan.
• Apabila deviasi sudah disetujui, akan dikenakan biaya sesuai dengan ketentuan maskapai penerbangan dan tidak dapat kembali ke jadwal semula.
• Jika Peserta menghendaki perpanjangan jadwal paket tour, maka pihak Sultana Tour tidak bisa menjamin konfirmasi pesawat, hotel, dan yang lainnya.
• Peserta akan kembali ke jadwal semula jika permintaan deviasi ditolak oleh pihak maskapai penerbangan.
• Jika deviasi mengakibatkan jadwal tour menjadi lebih singkat, maka tidak akan ada pengurangan biaya dari biaya paket semula.

Jika terjadi pembatalan untuk acara tour dikarenakan peserta mendadak ada kendala (sakit, keperluan mendadak, dan lainnya), visa yang belum keluar atau visa yang ditolak, atau adanya pembatalan dari pihak tour sendiri karena adanya bencana alam, pandemi, adanya masalah di negara tujuan dan lainnya.

Maka, secara otomatis peserta tour akan diberikan potongan biaya pembatalan sesuai dengan yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya adalah sebagai berikut:

• Pembatalan dari peserta, setelah pendaftaran uang muka pendaftaran tersebut tidak dapat dikembalikan oleh pihak tour, tapi bisa dialihkan menjadi deposit ke paket wisata halal, umrah, dan program perjalanan yang lainnya, sehingga peserta tidak mengalami kerugian.
• Untuk pembatalan paket wisata atau umrah sebaiknya dilakukan antara 30 – 15 hari sebelum keberangkatan, sehingga peserta pembatalan bisa tetap mendapatkan biaya potong an sebesar 50% dari biaya tour yang sebelumnya sudah ditetapkan.
• Untuk pembatalan paket wisata dan umrah sebaiknya antara 14 – 07 hari sebelum keberangkatan. Peserta bisa mendapatkan potongan biaya antara 75% dari biaya tour yang sebelumnya sudah ditetapkan.
• Jika pembatalan dilakukan 06 – 00 hari di hari H keberangkatan. Peserta akan mendapatkan potongan biaya 100% dari biaya tour yang telah ditetapkan.
• Mengenai pengembalian dana dari pihak Sultana Tour akan dilakukan sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur pengembalian dan yang sudah ditentukan dari pihak tour sebelumnya.
• Flight ticket (tiket penerbangan), train ticket (tiket kereta api), dan untuk akomodasi transportasi yang lainnya yang tidak jadi dipakai atau dibatalkan. Maka, biayanya tidak akan dikembalikan.

PENGEMBALIAN UANG

• Tiket pesawat udara, kereta api, dan transportasi lainnya serta akomodasi yang tidak terpakai (dibatalkan) secara otomatis tidak dapat diuangkan kembali (non-refundable).
• Apabila calon Peserta tour berhalangan datang karena sakit dan memberitahukan sebelum tanggal keberangkatan yang dijadwalkan. Maka, akan mendapatkan biaya pembatalan sesuai dengan pasal pembatalan.

SULTANA TOUR MEMPUNYAI HAK

• Sultana Tour memiliki hak untuk menerbitkan tiket untuk pesawat, kereta api, Ferry, Hotel, Bus, dan akomodasi lainnya. Maka, pihak Hayatun Tour tidak harus mengkonfirmasikannya kepada peserta program wisata atau umrah.
• Apabila jumlah peserta untuk program wisata kurang dari 15 orang atau jumlah peserta program umroh kurang dari 40 orang, pada sat program keberangkatan. Maka, pihak tour bisa mengundur atau tetap berangkat dengan adanya penyesuaian harga yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak tour.
• Apabila ada peserta tour yang telah membuat kekacauan, kejahatan, huru-hara, dan tindakan lainnya yang mengganggu peserta lainnya dan mengganggu berjalannya kegiatan wisata maupun umrah. Maka, pihak Sultana Tour berhak untuk mengeluarkan peserta tersebut dari rombongan grup, baik pada program wisata maupun program umrah.
• Apabila untuk penginapan atau Hotel yang telah dicantumkan dan tertera di itinerary mengalami masalah atau kendala, sehingga tidak bisa dibooking karena ada hal-hal tertentu. Maka, hotel yang telah dicantumkan tersebut pihak Sultana Tour akan diganti dengan hotel yang setarif atau memiliki level dan fasilitas yang sama dengan hotel sebelumnya.
• Mengenai jadwal tour yang sudah dibuat dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu mengikuti dengan kondisi yang memungkinkan tanpa harus mengurangi isi dalam acara tour yang sudah dicantumkan.
• Apabila ada peserta yang menggunakan fasilitas yang tidak dicantumkan oleh pihak tour. Maka, dari pihak Sultana Tour berhak melakukan penagihan untuk biaya yang diluar program wisata atau umrah.

SULTANA TOUR TIDAK BERHAK DITUNTUT ATAS

• Mengenai kerusakan, kehilangan, dan keterlambatan di bagasi oleh maskapai penerbangan.
• Adanya kerusakan, kehilangan, dan keterlambatan hotel dan alat angkutan lainnya.
• Kehilangan koper sat di Bandara, pelabuhan, stasiun, dan di tempat lainnya.
• Adanya kecelakaan yang terjadi pada peserta selama program wisata atau umrah berlangsung.
• Kehilangan barang-barang milk pribadi, seperti handphone, jam tangan, perhiasan, uang, paspor, dan lainnya saat wisata atau umrah sedang berlangsung.
• Keterlambatan jadwal Flight (penerbangan) dari Maskapai terjadi di luar pihak Sultana Tour.

I don’t even know where to begin... AMAZING!!!!!!! Everything about it was great! What a show! Highly recommend!! Bucket list concert!!! My fiancé bought us tickets for my birthday and it was the best birthday gift ever!! Loved how she recognized fans from other shows and had them turn the lights on so she could see everyone. Also I was like 5 feet away from catching one of her drum sticks! So close lol that would have been so cool ha. Better luck next time. She loves her fans n her fans love her!! Can’t wait for her to come to riverside theatre in Milwaukee Wisconsin again!!

One of the best concerts that I have been. The way that she makes you feel all those emotions and the fact that in each song that she plays in the concert is changed as she she felt like it is f***ing amazing. She is my favourite artist and I came from Turkey for this concert. If you are thinking whether or not going to her concert: Just buy the f***ing ticket you won't be dissapointed. If you are dissapointed just message me and we will talk about what is wrong with you :D. She is just a one man band and capable of playing every instruments and knows how to touch your soul because she is also feeling it while playing (Not anything like any Pop concert you will go to hear the same shit that you will hear in spotify). It will be the experiment that you will remember your whole life.

We will stop offering tours starting Dec 12 and resume on January 9. You are more than welcomed to come visit campus and do a self-guided tour.
