• यह एक खूबसूरत जगह है,जो गर्मियों में बहुत हरीभरी रहती है। यह जगह कोनिफर और ओक के हरेभरे जंगलों से घिरी हुई है। जोशीमठ से रज्जुमार्ग के द्वारा पर्यटक यहां पहुंचते हैं। गुरसो बुग्याल के पास ’छत्तरकुंड झील ’ नाम का एक छोटा सा जलाशय भी है। औली का सबसे प्रसिद्ध ट्रेक गोर्सन बुग्याल ट्रेक करना चाहिये यह ट्रेक करने में आपको 5 से 7  घंटे का समय लग सकते है।

औली के बारे में पूरी जानकारी - Information about Auli Uttarakhand

Auli Uttarakhand भारत का एक ऐसा हिल स्टेशन है जिसके बारे में बहुत कम लोग जानते है। अंग्रेज़ी में इसको  Less Explore Hill Stations in India भी कहा जाता है।

Auli, उत्तराखंड के हिमालय पहाड़ों में चमोली जिले में स्थित है।  Auli Uttarakhand को देव भूमि भी कहा जाता है।

औली को गढ़वाली में औली बुग्याल के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, जिसका अर्थ है “घास का मैदान”। यह समुद्र तल से 2,500 मीटर (8,200 फीट) से 3,050 मीटर (10,010 फीट) की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है।

Joshimath से औली पहुंचने के दो रास्ते है पहले आप सड़क से होकर भी आसानी से जा सकते है और दूसरा रोपवे के द्वारा भी आसानी से पहुंचा जा सकता है। 

औली को भारत का सबसे सुंदर हिल स्टेशन भी माना जाता है। भारत के पर्यटकों को के लिए औली एक नया प्रवेश है।

लेकिन अब Auli भी धीरे-धीरे भारत के अन्य हिल स्टेशनों की तरह प्रसिद्ध हो रहा है। मै आप सभी को बताना चाहता हु की औली सच में किसी स्वर्ग से कम नहीं लगता है। 

यहां  कड़कड़ाती ठंडी हवाएं, बर्फ से ढंके विशाल पर्वत, त्रिशूल चोटी,  नंदा देवी चोटी। नंदा देवी दुनिया की 23 वीं सबसे बड़ी चोटी है और यह चोटी 7,816 मीटर की ऊंचाई के साथ भारत की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी चोटी है।

जनवरी से मार्च तक, औली के पर्वत आमतौर पर बर्फ की मोटी कालीन से ढके होते हैं, औली में भारत का सबसे प्रसिद्ध स्कीइंग ग्राउंड भी है। यहां दुनिया भर से लोग स्कीइंग करने और स्कीइंग प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लेने भी आते है।

Auli में 14 दिनों का स्कीइंग का कोर्स भी कराया जाता है, और इस कोर्स के बाद आपको स्कीइंग का प्रमाणपत्र भी दिया जाता है। इनमें अब विंटर गेम्स  फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया द्वारा आयोजित राष्ट्रीय चैंपियनशिप शामिल हैं।

औली में स्कीइंग एक मुख्य आकर्षण है, केबल कार की सवारी और रस्सी लिफ्टों जैसे अन्य आकर्षण भी शामिल हैं।

औली दिल्ली से 515 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है, पर यहां आसानी से पहुँचा जा सकता है ।  

आप दिल्ली से टैक्सी कर सकते हो, या फिर अपनी खुद की कार से भी औली जा सकते हो अगर आप मेरी तरह बाइक राइडिंग के शौकीन है ।  

तो वादियों के मजे लेते हुए भी औली पहुंचाजा सकता है।  मेरी बात करें तो में खुद बाइक से औली गया था।

औली जाने का रास्ता ( Way to Auli Uttarakhand  )

औली जाने के लिए आपको पहले :-

दिल्ली से ऋषिकेश जाना होगा जिसकी दुरी 247  किलोमीटर है।  ऋषिकेश से औली 268 किलोमीटर की दुरी पर स्थित है।

दिल्ली से औली के रास्ते में कौन कौन सी जगह आएगी। 

• रुद्रप्रयाग

यह सब सुन्दर जगह औली के रास्ते में आपको देखने को मिलेगी। 

औली घूमने में आपको कितने दिन लग सकते है - Auli Tour Duration ( Auli Day To Day Travel Guide)

Auli घूमने में आपको 4 दिन का समय लग सकता है। 

पहले दिन ( Day 1 )

सबसे पहले आपको औली का सबसे प्रसिद्ध ट्रेक गोर्सन बुग्याल ट्रेक करना चाहिये यह ट्रेक करने में आपको 5 से 7  घंटे का समय लग सकते है। 

अगर आपने Yeh Jawaani  Hai Deewani फिल्म देखी है, तो उसमे रणवीर कपूर और दीपिका पादुकोन जो ट्रेक करते है यह Gorson Bugyal Trek  बिलकुल वेसा ही है।  

यह ट्रेक शुरू करने के लिए आप चेयर कार भी कर सकते हो, अगर चेयर  कार नहीं करना कहते हो तो पैदल भी जा सकते हो ।

और अगर किसी को चलने में कोई भी समस्या हो तो यहां घोड़े भी चलते हैं, इस्पे बेठ  के भी आप इस सुंदर ट्रेक का अनुभव कर सकते हो।

चेयर कार का टिकट 500 प्रति व्यक्ति है जिसमे आना और जाना दोनों है।

जोशीमठ से औली केबल कार का टिकट 1000 प्रति व्यक्ति है आना और जाना दोनों है।

नोट :- यह चेयर कार शाम 4 बजे बंद हो जाती है इसलिए इस ट्रेक का पूरा मज़ा लेने के लिए आप सुबह 9 बजे पहुंच जाए। जितनी जल्दी आप यहां पहुंचेंगे उतना ही आपके पास घूमने का समय होगा।

अगर मेरी बात करें तो में यहां पे 1 बजे पहुंचा था। और मै इस ट्रेक का सबसे सुन्दर दृश्य नहीं देख पाया। क्योंकि चेयर कार बंद होने वाली थी। आपके साथ ऐसा ना हो इसलिए आप को यहां समय से पहुंच ना है।

दुरसा दिन ( Day 2 )

दुरसा दिन आप Joshimath घूम सकते हो वहां का लोकल मार्किट देख सकते और जोशीमठ में एक प्राचीन मंदिर भी है। श्री शंकराचार्य मठ और नरसिंह मंदिर

यह दोनों मंदिर आप देख सकते हो। जोशीमठ से 17 किलोमीटर दूर एक नंदा देवी नेशनल पार्क भी है, यदि आप वन्यजीव या प्रकृति से प्यार करते हैं तो इस पार्क में जाना न भूलें।

तीसरा दिन ( Day 3 )

Auli से 28 किलोमीटर दूर एक चेनाब झील अंग्रेज़ी में इसको ( Chenab Lake ) के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। 

तीसरा दिन आप इसको भी देख सकते लेकिन चेनाब झील तक पहुंच ने के लिए आपको ट्रेक करना होगा  यहां तक आपकी गाड़ी नहीं जा सकती है। 

और जहां गाड़ी नहीं जाती प्रकृति का असली अनुभव वही होता है

चेनाब झील उत्तराखंड में एक सुंदर छिपी हुई झील है।  जिसके बारे में अभी तक बहुत कम लोग जानते है।  

यह चेनाब झील शानदार प्राकृतिक की सुंदरता का दावा करती है।

चेनाब झील तक पहुंच ने का रास्ता :-

चेनाब झील पहुंच ने के लिए जोशीमठ से, विष्णु प्रयाग तक ड्राइव करना पड़ता है जो सिर्फ 10 किलोमीटर की दुरी पर है।

ट्रेकिंग थिंग गांव की ओर से शुरू होती है, जो विष्णु प्रयाग से 8 किलोमीटर की दुरी पर स्थित है। और यह ट्रेक नदी की धाराओं के साथ घने जंगल के बीच में से होता हुआ जाता है।

डार्क खाकर का , सस्ता (या चेनाब) घास का मैदान यहां से केवल 4 किलोमीटर की दुरी पर स्थित है। यहां केवल ट्रेक करके ही पहुंच सकते हो। 

चौथा दिन ( Day 4 )

चौथा दिन औली के आस पास की जगाहे  देख सकते हो जेसी की बद्रीनाथ माना विलेज (Mana Village ) भारत का अंतिम गाँव है।  यहां जाना सच में बहुत दिलचस्प होता है।

क्योंकि यहां जाने का रास्ता बहुत सुन्दर है। बद्रीनाथ और माना विलेज जिसको लोग माना गाँव के नाम से भी जानते है। यह दोनों Joshimath से 51 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है।

औली से माना गाँव की दुरी कितनी है:-

औली से बद्रीनाथ की दुरी 51 किलोमीटर है। बद्रीनाथ से माना गाँव की दुरी 4.4 किलोमीटर है।

औली और जोशीमठ में बहुत सारे होटल्स और रिसोर्ट आपको मिल जाएंगे लेकिन मै आपको मेरा खुद का अनुभव बताऊंगा की मैरा अनुभव केसा रहा औली में  मैने  रिसोर्ट बुक किया था।

यह रिसोर्ट औली और जोशीमठ के बीच में पढ़ता है। इस रिसोर्ट से औली की दुरी 6 किलोमिटर और जोशीमठ की दुरी भी 6 किलोमिटर ही है। 

होटल का स्टाफ बहुत अच्छा है। आपको किसी तरह की कोई दिकत नहीं होगी यहां पे रूम्स ( Rooms ) बहुत अच्छे और साफ़ सुतरे हैं।

रिसोर्ट से आपको शानदार पर्वत के नज़ारो  का अनुभव होता है और साथ ही यहां आपको शान्ति का भी अनुभव होगा।

अब हम बात करते है की यहां का खाना केसा है यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि पहाड़ पे अच्छा भोजन मिला बहुत मुश्किल होता है। लेकिन यहां पे आपको खाने की समस्या बिलकुल भी नहीं होगी। यहां का खाना बहुत स्वादिष्ट है।

बिलकुल घर जैसा खाना आपको यहां पे मिल जाएगा। तो खाने की आपको कोई समस्या नहीं होने वाली।

अब बात करते है की मेरा कितना खर्चा हुआ 2 दिन का

मैने यहां रुकने के लिए पैकेज बुक करवाया था। 3800 मेरा एक रात का किराया था। ( one night stay ) जिसमे नास्ता और रात का भोजन शामिल है,

( Night Dinner ) यह एक दिन का किराया था। बाकि जितने भी दिन आप रुको उस हिसाब से आप बात कर सकते हो  में आपके साथ यहां के मैनेजर का नंबर शेयर कर रहा हु आप अपने हिसाब से बात कर सकते हो।

सर्दियों के मौसम में बर्फ से ढका हुआ यह स्थान पर खूबसूरत और मनोरम दिखाई देने वाला हिमालय की पहाड़ियों का दृश्य यहां की साहसिक गतिविधियों और रोमांच को और भी अधिक बढ़ा देता है। मुख्यता स्कीइंग, ट्रैकिंग और कैंपिंग के लिए यह स्थान बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध है। यहां की केबल कार की सवारी बेहद ही रोमांचक और एशिया की सबसे ऊंची तथा लंबी केबल कार की सवारी होने के कारण बहुत ही लोकप्रिय हो रही है। इस केबल कार की सवारी पर लगभग 4 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय की जाती है।

3 किलोमीटर के विस्तृत मैदान में फैला यह क्षेत्र अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानक के अनुसार एक बहुत ही अच्छा स्किन ग्राउंड माना जाता है। औली के इस मैदान पर अब राष्ट्रीय चैंपियनशिप का आयोजन भी किया जाता है जिसका आयोजन भारत के शीतकालीन खेल महासंघ के द्वारा किया जाता है। यहां पर स्कीइंग की ट्रेनिंग भी दी जाती है तथा 14 दिन की ट्रेनिंग के बाद आपको सर्टिफिकेट भी प्रदान किया जाता है।

एशिया का सबसे लम्बा रोपवे.

औली में एशिया के सबसे लम्बे रोपवे का उद्घाटन जुलाई  1983  में प्रधानमंत्री  इंद्रा गाँधी जी  के द्वारा किया गया था | यह रोपवे जोशीमठ से औली तक है, जिसकी लम्बाई  500 मीटर  है, और यह रोपवे लगभग  4.5 किलोमीटर  की दूरी तय करता है | देवदार के घने जंगलों के बीच से गुजरता हुआ यह रोपवे 10 टावरों से होकर अपनी मंजिल तक पहुँचता है |

  Auli – The Skiing Paradise of Garhwal

Auli, India’s leading ski resort destination, is a small but picture-perfect village in Uttarakhand. Because of its gleaming slopes and clean environment, it is popular among tourists and professionals. It is surrounded by apple orchards, oaks, and deodar trees and has numerous resorts nestled in the Himalayan range. Besides skiing, there are multiple jungle treks in the hills of the Garhwal Himalayas that offer the stunning scenery of the snow-draped mountains.

The ideal time to travel for snowboarders is from January to March. While for nature enthusiasts, October and March will be the best time.

History of Auli

History of medieval auli:-.

Adiguru Shri Shankaracharya first set foot in Joshimath, 6.6 km from Auli in the 8th century AD . He established a temple (Shri Shankaracharya Math) here, which still exists today. Semi-nomadic tribes of Tibetans, Mongolians and Bhotias conducted trade and communication between Tibet (China) and India from here. They took the help of their long haired yaks and horses to cross the snowy mountains of the Himalayas.

History of Modern Auli:-

Before being developed as a ski resort, the slopes of Auli were a training ground for Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force personnel. The 23,490 feet high Trishul is also visible amidst the snow-clad peaks around Auli. Mount Trishul is said to have been part of an adventurous expedition in 1958 by a unique mountaineering team.

Auli and Joshimath are in the high Himalayas bordering China. Since the Sino-Indian War of 1962 , there have been periodic attempts by Chinese troops to transgress into Indian territory by violating the border. Even during the war, the villagers of the border village supported the Indian Army. To promote tourism in Auli, a ropeway was built in September 1993 , which takes tourists from Joshimath to Auli at an altitude of about 10,000 feet, amidst dense forests of lush green deodar.

By Air:  The nearest airport is Dehradun Jollygrant Airport. From here, one can take state-run buses to reach Rishikesh. From Rishikesh, you can hire a private taxi or take a bus to reach Joshimath. Cabs go to Auli easily in the summer. In winter, the ropeway is the only transport to reach here from Joshimath.

By Train:  Yog Nagri Railway Station Rishikesh is the nearest railway station to Auli. Cabs and buses are the means of travel from here to Joshimath. And take a ropeway to reach here from Joshimath.

Scenes of flood-ravaged neighborhoods in one of the planet’s driest regions have stunned the world this week. Heavy rains in the United Arab Emirates and Oman submerged cars, clogged highways and killed at least 21 people. Flights out of Dubai’s airport, a major global hub, were severely disrupted.

The downpours weren’t a freak event — forecasters anticipated the storms several days out and issued warnings. But they were certainly unusual. Here’s what to know.

Heavy rain there is rare, but not unheard-of.

On average, the Arabian Peninsula receives a scant few inches of rain a year, although scientists have found that a sizable chunk of that precipitation falls in infrequent but severe bursts, not as periodic showers.

U.A.E. officials said the 24-hour rain total on Tuesday was the country’s largest since records there began in 1949 . But parts of the nation had experienced an earlier round of thunderstorms just last month.

Oman, with its coastline on the Arabian Sea, is also vulnerable to tropical cyclones. Past storms there have brought torrential rain, powerful winds and mudslides, causing extensive damage.

Global warming is projected to intensify downpours.

Stronger storms are a key consequence of human-caused global warming. As the atmosphere gets hotter, it can hold more moisture, which can eventually make its way down to the earth as rain or snow.

But that doesn’t mean rainfall patterns are changing in precisely the same way across every corner of the globe.

In their latest assessment of climate research , scientists convened by the United Nations found there wasn’t enough data to have firm conclusions about rainfall trends in the Arabian Peninsula and how climate change was affecting them. The researchers said, however, that if global warming were to be allowed to continue worsening in the coming decades, extreme downpours in the region would quite likely become more intense and more frequent.

The role of cloud seeding isn’t clear.

The U.A.E. has for decades worked to increase rainfall and boost water supplies by seeding clouds. Essentially, this involves shooting particles into clouds to encourage the moisture to gather into larger, heavier droplets, ones that are more likely to fall as rain or snow.

Cloud seeding and other rain-enhancement methods have been tried across the world, including in Australia, China, India, Israel, South Africa and the United States. Studies have found that these operations can, at best, affect precipitation modestly — enough to turn a downpour into a bigger downpour, but probably not a drizzle into a deluge.

Still, experts said pinning down how much seeding might have contributed to this week’s storms would require detailed study.

“In general, it is quite a challenge to assess the impact of seeding,” said Luca Delle Monache, a climate scientist at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, Calif. Dr. Delle Monache has been leading efforts to use artificial intelligence to improve the U.A.E.’s rain-enhancement program.

An official with the U.A.E.’s National Center of Meteorology, Omar Al Yazeedi, told news outlets this week that the agency didn’t conduct any seeding during the latest storms. His statements didn’t make clear, however, whether that was also true in the hours or days before.

Mr. Al Yazeedi didn’t respond to emailed questions from The New York Times on Thursday, and Adel Kamal, a spokesman for the center, didn’t immediately have further comment.

Cities in dry places just aren’t designed for floods.

Wherever it happens, flooding isn’t just a matter of how much rain comes down. It’s also about what happens to all that water once it’s on the ground — most critically, in the places people live.

Cities in arid regions often aren’t designed to drain very effectively. In these areas, paved surfaces block rain from seeping into the earth below, forcing it into drainage systems that can easily become overwhelmed.

One recent study of Sharjah , the capital of the third-largest emirate in the U.A.E., found that the city’s rapid growth over the past half century had made it vulnerable to flooding at far lower levels of rain than before.
