Wide selection of products and bikes. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ask for Remy for help with anything. He's a phenomenal guy.

3.5/5 stars. The main thing I felt after spending an hour at this bike shop was that they are trying to sell me stuffs rather than caring much about having the right bike for me. They weren't willing to work with me as much on what I wanted and the pricing as well. Stopped by here while I was in town during the holidays and I had already visited another bike shops prior and decided to go with another Trek bike shop up in Norcal.

I have been to many cycle shops in SoCal that provided exceptional customer service. However, I was greeted by Sean and Faye immediately as soon as I walked in the store and helped me with a Hybrid/Fitness bike that I was interested in. Before purchasing the bike, they provided all the information I needed about other bikes that I was also interested in and even let me test ride multiple bikes. Needless to say, they seemed very happy to help me for the 2.5 hours I spent in the store even after telling them I would not be purchasing a second bike today. Although there were many customers walking in and out, they have managed their time really well in assisting me and other customers. Looking forward to coming back here for the Checkpoint bike I was looking at!

Great shop! Trek makes an amazing bicycle and we're lucky to have this shop in Pasadena. Super friendly staff and plenty of product.

If you want a Trek bicycle, this is the only Trek source in town, and they seem to feed off that. I walked in with my son, no other customers in the shop, and not one staff member said "hello," "can I help you with anything," or "do you have any questions." I finally had to ask the sales clerk, "can I pull a bike of the rack myself?" The response was "yeah sure." Then he went back to ignoring me. My thought was, okay, maybe they're very busy crunching numbers, logging timesheets, or whatever. But after reading more reviews for this store, it was clear that this is their M.O. Honestly, my son wants a Trek but I'm going to steer him toward a Specialized because 1) the Trek Marlin we were looking at was much heavier than the Specialized model we saw at INCYCLE BICYCLES and 2) the staff are simply not helpful. In contrast, the staff at Incycle were extremely helpful! They answered all my questions and pointed out specific details to note on various models. Their store was full of customers! What a shocker. To The Trek Shop Employees: I hope you realize that customer service is important. Half your sales battle is won on the sales floor. No sale for me.

Went in to the store to take care of a bike light issue and also to check out an Emonda I'm considering. Glad i came back to this store because the service is great like the last time I was in the shop a while back. Sean took care of an issue I had w/ a rear bike light. i always make sure mine is working when i ride...just for a little safety and be more visible. Zach the other mgr also helped me look at an emonda i've been considering and helped me spec one out. def like the fact that they listen to the customer and provide input w/o making the customer feel like they're being hard pitched. those are the kind of ppl that will help customers get what they want as opposed to sales people just trying to ring the register. if you need your bike serviced and/or looking for a bike/parts...i would def consider this shop

Stopped by to ck and see in case they might have a bike in my size. I was on a road trip across the country and had my bike w/ me so I could ride in different areas I've never been. Due to the current COVID situation most bike shops are low in inventory. Most bike shops/employees have become rude/dismissive unless you're buying what they have on hand or spending more than $10k on a bike. $10k...ON. A. BICYCLE!!! This Trek shop didn't have anything for me either but at least the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. Jack, Kay, Nina, and Lo were all very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Too bad most shops aren't like them anymore. I would go to this shop and drive...even in LA traffic than be berated/condescended by someone like Danny Lupold at the Westlake Village Trek.

I purchased several Treks based off the quality build and the friendly staff at my local shop in Virginia. While on vacation in California I rented a Domane SL5 from Trek of Pasadena and from the very beginning the staff won me over with their professionalism and knowledge of the sport. I highly recommend anyone in the area (or on vacation and looking for a rental similar to my situation) to shop/rent from this location.

I always try to go to small businesses whenever possible, but when it comes to e-bikes I've been burned over and over. The local shops claim they service e-bikes but it's BS. Anyway these guys do. They're fast, professional and never try to upsell me on crap. I always come away from this place surprised by how inexpensive. I had kind of an obscure problem with one of our bikes and this guy Rich made it his personal business to get it done. I had to write a review to express my gratitude.

Pleasant shopping experience for my small purchase. The employees were personable and friendly, and went the extra mile to provide the product I wanted. Would happily go back next time I need a Trek item
