AJR  has announced a 27-date U.S. tour set to kick off in April 2022. Produced by Live Nation, the OK Orchestra Tour will be in support of their latest album of the same name.

The tour will launch April 28, 2022, at Toyota Music Factory in Dallas and move throughout Orlando, Philadelphia, New York, Nashville, Chicago, Denver, Sea ttle and San Francisco. The trek is currently scheduled to close out on June 21, 2022, at Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix.

AJR on Following Top 10 Hit 'Bang!' With the 'Most Extreme' Album They've Ever Made

AJR recently released their fourth-full length album, OK Orchestra . It debuted at No. 1 on  Billboard ’s Alternative and Rock Albums charts, marking their second consecutive album to debut at the top spot on both charts. It also claimed the No. 10 spot on the  Billboard 200 .

The band is nominated for two 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards: Alternative Rock Artist of the Year and Alternative Rock Song of the Year for “Bang!”  

The band’s single “Way Less Sad” was also featured in a new ESPN Sunday Night Baseball spot as part of the band’s partnership with the network and Major League Baseball.

AJR Announces Additional 2021 Dates For The OK ORCHESTRA Tour

Tour announce follows the release of ajr’s fourth-full length album ‘ok orchestra’ which debuted at #1 on the billboard alternative and rock albums charts and claimed the #10 spot on the billboard 200, current single “ way less sad ” is #2 at alternative radio, top 20 at pop radio and approaching top 10 at adult pop radio.

WHAT : The OK ORCHESTRA Tour

Produced by Live Nation, the additional 12-date 2021 leg will kick off on September 7th in Madison, WI at Sylvee with stops in Grand Rapids, Albany, Louisville and more before wrapping October 1st in Jacksonville, FL at Daily’s Place. The entire North America tour includes a total of 40 dates with stops in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and more, before wrapping June 21, 2022 in Phoenix at Ak-Chin Pavilion.

AJR’s current single “ Way Less Sad ” is poised to be one of the biggest songs of the summer. It’s generated more than 85 million total streams, is spending its 10th week on the Billboard Hot 100 and recently hit No. 10 on Pandora’s Top Spins Chart. Earlier this month, Apple Music added it to its “Songs of the Summer” and “Today’s Hits” playlists and Spotify made it a mainstay on its coveted “Mood Booster” and “Happy Hits” playlists. The track is currently No. 2 at Alternative radio, Top 20 at Pop radio and approaching Top 10 at Adult Pop radio, proving them as a force to be reckoned with in the Alternative and Pop spaces. AJR performed a medley of “Way Less Sad” and their 2x platinum hit “ BANG! ” at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, which Billboard praised by saying, “the line ‘I’m A-OK’ hit particularly hard as the countless fans gathered outside sang along – a fitting moment as the world continues to emerge from the ongoing pandemic.” They also took home their first-ever Billboard Music Award for Top Rock Song with “BANG!” at the show.

AJR Announces 2022 Dates for the OK Orchestra Tour

WHAT : The OK Orchestra Tour

Produced by Live Nation, the 27-date tour will kick off on April 28th in Dallas at Toyota Music Factory with stops in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Milwaukee, on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at the BMO Harris Pavilion, before wrapping June 21st in Phoenix at Ak-Chin Pavilion.

AJR recently released their fourth-full length album ‘OK ORCHESTRA.’ It debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Alternative and Rock Albums charts, marking their second consecutive album to debut at the top spot on both charts. It also claimed the #10 spot on the Billboard 200.

The band has also been nominated for two 2021 iHeartRadio Music Award nominations including Alternative Rock Artist of the Year and Alternative Rock Song of the Year for “BANG!”

While our 2021 calendars are still cautiously empty, 2022 is looking positively promising. Pop trio AJR have just announced a 27-date tour kicking off April 28, 2022 in Dallas. The OK Orchestra tour is in support of their newest album of the same name, which dropped on March 26. The band played an acoustic album release on that day, streamed from Sony Hall in NY, where they played 6 of the album's 13 tracks - including three live debuts! Check out that setlist here .

AJR ANNOUNCES 2022 DATES FOR “THE OK ORCHESTRA TOUR” WITH STOP AT PINE KNOB MUSIC THEATRE MAY 27, 2022

(DETROIT – April 12, 2021) – Produced by Live Nation, AJR’s “The OK Orchestra Tour” kicks off on April 28, 2022 in Dallas at Toyota Music Factory and includes a stop at Pine Knob Music Theatre on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets (starting at $29.50) go on-sale on Friday, April 16 at 10 a.m. at  AJRbrothers.com/events ,  313Presents.com   and  Ticketmaster.com . All venue box offices are currently closed.

AJR recently released their fourth-full length album  ‘OK ORCHESTRA.’  It debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Alternative and Rock Albums charts, marking their second consecutive album to debut at the top spot on both charts. It also claimed the #10 spot on the Billboard 200. 

The band has also been nominated for two 2021 iHeartRadio Music Award nominations including Alternative Rock Artist of the Year and Alternative Rock Song of the Year for “BANG!”

AJR’s current single “Way Less Sad” has already been added to over 200 radio stations across the U.S. It just cracked the top 30 at Top 40 radio and top 20 at Adult Pop and just reached the top 10 at Alternative radio. It has amassed more than 25 million streams worldwide and has been featured on Spotify’s “The New ALT” and “Just Good Music,” Amazon Music’s “Hot Singles,” Pandora’s “Today’s Hits” and Apple Music’s “A-List Pop” and “Alt Pop” playlists. AJR will perform the song on  The Kelly Clarkson Show  April 14.  “Way Less Sad” was also featured in a new ESPN Sunday Night Baseball spot as part of the band’s partnership with the network and Major League Baseball.
