However, the registration time begins when they arrive at the hotel and they are given access so that they can enjoy the facilities. Room delivery is after 3pm. Luggage storage is offered, they are warned that they cannot leave valuables (this service is in all hotels) regarding two people at the front, it is correct, there are two receptionists plus a supervisor. One of the best

we did one tour with them last year, afterwards we rent the bike from them and do it ourselves. It may by the best shop with best service in town. Bike are good and service is good. Do biking is the best way to explore the vietnamese country side. Do not forget the tow cable since you might need it on the way.

I did the 3 day Hanoi-Tam Coc-Cuc Phoung tour which included the motorbike training school all for a very reasonable price. The bikes and guides (Pinky & Huy) were really nice and the accommodation and food were all spot on. This is a great way to see a different part of Vietnam and when I return to Hanoi I will definitely book another tour with Flamingo hopefully up north this time. I wasn't an experienced motorbike driver but the guides were very patient and attentive, saw some great scenery although the weather wasn't great. And considering I was on a strict backpackers budget it was very affordable. Thanks alot guys

I've been traveling in Vietnam from South to North for 1.5 month and motorcycle trip to Sapa was a biggest highlight of it. I rented Minsk motorcycle from Flamingo Travels (actually it's new SYM motor bike, much better than Minsk) and we took Route 6 up North to Sapa. Road can be very demanding for driver and especially for Motorcycle. Everyday I wrote in my journal gratitudes to guys over flamingo for keeping motorbikes in perfect order, didn't have any problem with mine even after 8 days of mountain riding. On top of them they helped me to plan our trip, put it on the map and gave us list of places where we could stay overnight, you don't have to follow, but it's a good safety net. Anyway, I wanted to travel by motorcycle for a long time and finally my dream came thru thanxxx to Flamingo!

I also did the 3 days motorbike tour through Tam Coc. The experience was amazing! I don't think there's a better way to see Vietnam. We rode through beautiful countryside, and rural towns where children would wave and say hello as we went past. We also ate traditional food at local eateries. It was probably best food I ate during my 3 weeks in Vietnam. The tour was well run, and is okay for people with no experience motorbiking. I was in this situation. The learner session held before the tour helped me get used to Vietnamese roads. I recommend Flamingo Travel to anyone interested in motorbiking and seeing Vietnam.

my two friends and i hired the bikes and left the itinery, accommodation & food up to Hung, the owner, to organise. They were brilliant, enjoyed the company with them and what made the trip so good is that they could be trusted....not a problem at all... it was a 10day tour If you are thinking of travelling in these areas Icertainly would recommend them....we will do another trip in a different direction and will be using Hung (Flamingo Travel)again

A business you must experience! Great people! Great Information! Upon arriving Vietnam and having a bit of an over whelmed feeling set in, with the shock of a new culture and money, finding Flamingo Travel took all the worries away. Traveling in a big city is one thing but leaving the well travelled paths of tourism and heading deep into the mountains of Country is another story. So we had talked with Flamingo Travel about our trip into the mountains and away from all tourism, It really helped us with the unkowns, but still left the trip feeling like a true new experience. So not only are Flamingo Travel the best of what they do and we talked with all the motorbike rental places in Hanoi. They are just exception at supporting you in what ever you need. They helped us with a lost passport, finding unique gifts for people back home, I can't say enough great things about them. They can also help you find any type of holiday or hotel you may need in Vietnam. The greatest travel agent in Vietnam and they don't charge for information. Great people, knowledgable and if and when I make it back I will be visiting them as soon as I land. They found us a hotel a great hotel for half the price we were paying and I could go on! But the bottom line is, trust that you will be looked after and they will hold your best interests in all your needs. Darryl

Yes, you can book flight with any type of local or international cards, debit or credit.

Can I add an extra bed in my room?

Yes, you can add extra bed/baby cot in your room, you need to notify us before to get the services. Please note that some properties charge a fee for these services.

Can I make a booking for a check-in date of today on the website?

As long as a hotel room can be found available in our website, you can book that.

What should I do if I would like to book more than 4 rooms?

You have to make an additional booking in case you need more than 4 rooms. 

What is the refund policy?

We will be following as per suppliers refund policy.

 What are the documents required to get travel visa?

Basic documents required for visa are valid passport (minimum validity for 7 months), visa application, passport size photos and visa fees, bank statement showing that you have the necessary funds to complete your journey.

What is the process of canceling a purchased ticket?

Cancellation and refund policies differ from airlines to airlines. However, if your purchased flight can be canceled, we will charge you as per the airline policy, plus a service fee of BDT 1,500 per PAX for international Air Tickets and BDT 300 per PAX for Bangladeshi domestic Air Tickets. We will be following the airlines refund policy. Airline has the right to change any policy at any time, Flamingo has no control on airline's policy.

Are the prices for two people?

No, the holiday prices are shown for one person.

Visa is a document which you need to travel to a country legally. Some of the important visa types are Tourist Visa, Transit Visa, Short Stay or Visitor Visa, Business Visa, Residence Visa, Immigrant Visa, and Medical Visa
