I Rented an ecat 559 and a TREK ebike for the wife. Parking was safe, ample and right next to the trail. Check in was fast and friendly. We got instructions on our bikes and how far the batteris would last. Got a few tips on which way to go and what to expect while on the trail. Trail was a nice quite ride with pleny of shade. Bikes rode nice and smooth. Had lunch at one of the trail side eats. Wife even swapped bikes with me and now is a recumbent trike fan as well. Check in instruction paid off, we got back just before the batteries died. Check out was fast and simple. Great spot to get old fashion service from a local with tips on the area and rent some high tech bikes.

Haven't been on a bike in years. After recent medical issues, I decided I need to get back to an exercise routine that I could enjoy. I am not the fitness center or gym kind of guy. So I started looking around and getting some quotes on a decent bicycle. Trek in Inverness Florida has earned my business. Alison went above and beyond in making my purchase easy and worry free. Very informative, knowledgable and professional. Answered every question I had and gave me some advice and tips that I never would have thought of. I am impressed by her approach to giving great customer service. No pressure, awesome attitude, great sense of humor and definitely very competitive when it comes to price. She blew away the 5 other quotes I received from other stores. All with a big, beautiful smile on her face. I will definitely recommend her and the store to friends, family and fellow cyclist everywhere. Thanks Alison.

Trek Verve 3.

They had just re-opened and made the move to Trek! Very user friendly shop. Although I 'waited' in line for service, I appreciated that the customer in front of me received through-rough attention to his questions and I was given the same quality of customer service. Great shop and good selection of items and location, location, location.
