The hotel has a great location opposite…

The hotel has a great location opposite Windsor Castle and the Shambles Tea room and being less than 10 minutes walk from both stations. The room was spacious, with modern décor, it had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, desk and a hair dryer. Check in was easy and quick. The Concierge was excellent telling us how to get cheaper tickets for the Castle, which they printed for us, the time of the Changing of the Guard and they stored our luggage whilst we visited the Castle. We found the controls for the shower in our room (130) stiff and hard to operate.

Great hotel, convenient to the airport, only 509m from the departure gates. The staff were super helpful. I didn’t have any case, nor have I got WeChat or weibo pay, the staff Daniel went beyond his responsibilities and lended me $200RMB to help me get an taxt

UK Train Ticket Solution

It is traumatizing to purchase a train ticket via the GWR website using a foreign credit card, I tried several times with no luck. Then I discovered trip.com, at first I was skeptical because I've never heard of the site and it's not US based. But I read some reviews and I took my chance, the ticket is genuine and it's even $10 cheaper than from the GWR. I will use trip.com again, it's highly recommended!

Name change request

I’ve been trying to make a name change request as I got confused with the term last name. Sometimes the last name of the passport may not be the person’s surname. After reaching the customer service countless of times and escalating to higher management, Karol called me within 30min. She was really prompt and empathetic. Do not book with Trip.com

Extremely incompetent staff. Being a third party booker, they submitted the WRONG NAME to the airline and caused significant issues down the line. Do not book with them, the few pounds you save won't be worth. Book with the airline, or one of their competitors. Also know that when you book with them, they will put their own email in the airline's booking system, as well as a Chinese phone number.

I am so disgusted by your apps…

I am so disgusted by your apps algorithm to provide me a low fare option and when I click to confirm, it told me the price had increased, by more than double. Then asked me to confirm now or search again. If it happened once I can understand it might be due to the demand, but happening 3 times while I was planning my whole trip with family from different location in the past 2 days, something sounds not right, this is a disgusting way to upsell! I am having trust issue with your integrity.

Used trip.com many times

Update: my complaint was solved, thanks to Joy, Customer Success Team. Used trip.com many times and left several favorable comments, my latest experience was somehow complicated probably due to the airline system problem (it seems that some airlines websites don't allow managing your booking if booked on OTA).

Flight London to Beijing

Plane on time, good choice of entertainment, good choice of food. Staff could be better trained in English, deliver immigration cards during the flight. Long immigration time ( over an hour), no separate line for families.

Do not use this provider!

I had a very very bad experience booking via trip.com. I was unable to catch my connecting flight. Trip.com did not provide enough information to anticipate on the short time to transfer between airports. I will never ever book via trip.con again and I will recommend everyone to NOT book via this provider.
