DACA Tours ‘Golden Outback’ adventure is extremely remote and accesses parts of Australia rarely seen or driven.

In a decade of exploring the Great Victoria Desert region, they are yet to see any bikes, and have completed over 1000 kilometres regularly not coming across a single person!

The riding is everything from open and fast to very challenging with densely vegetated trails and rocky breakaway country.

You’ll be mesmerised by all of the ‘Great Victoria Desert’ and its’ unexpected woodlands, vegetation, and lake systems making for a very diverse and ever-changing ride.

Riding in the footprints of early explorers aboard your bike of choice through this remote land is the most memorable riding they’ve ever done and they’re passionate about sharing this experience with you.

DACA Tours “Great Australian Bight Tour” is all about exploring the coastal cliffs of the Great Australian Bight with its maze of riding trails that access some of the best beaches and coves in the world.

You’ll experience every riding terrain Western Australia has on offer, from granite mountain climbs to open pristine squeaky hard pack beaches with turquoise water begging to be swam.

You’ll ride amongst the largest dune system in the southern hemisphere, camp above the cliffs with the sound of Southern Ocean below and experience the historical “Telegraph Track”.

Outback to Ningaloo Tour – 5-Day, 4-Night Tour for 18 and over.

DACA Tours Outback to Ningaloo adventure cuts a path through some of the most scenic riding the “Golden Outback” has on offer, incorporating the big three must-see destinations. The iconic Mount Augustus, Kennedy Ranges and the mighty Gascoyne River system, to finish on the Ningaloo coast. The riding is spectacular and constantly varying as the station tracks weave their way through hundreds of kilometres of breakaway country to link up and follow the meandering Gascoyne River to the coast. DACA Tours Ningaloo to Outback Adventure cuts a path through some of the most scenic riding the “Golden Outback” has on offer, incorporating the big three must-see destinations. The riding is spectacular and constantly varying as the station tracks weave their way through hundreds of kilometres of breakaway country. Pilbara Tour – 6-Night Tour for 18 and above.

They begin this tour on the edge of the Western Desert, the town is dominated by Mount Newman (1053 metres) and is the largest modern mining town in the East Pilbara. Within minutes of riding out of town, they are exploring true Pilbara country, riding through rich red earth and crossing freshwater streams with a maze of tracks that eventually lead to a natural amphitheatre gorge that will be their overnight camp. What a backdrop, towering cliffs with some of the most amazing rock formations famous to the Pilbara region.

The Pilbara is famous for the richness and ruggedness of its landscapes and the riding through these landforms is mesmerising. The hidden swimming holes and running water to wash off a day’s ride is a stark contrast to the surrounding environment and a welcome finish to the day.

Outback to Ocean Tour – 7-Night Tour for 18 and above.

DACA Tours Outback to Ocean Adventure will give the rider the opportunity to experience all the Australian desert landscapes and stunning coastal charm in eight days.

You’ll explore and experience parts of Australia from a totally different perspective.

You’ll be riding remote tracks and winding desert roads, while discovering and exploring some amazing and spectacular scenery, you will be mesmerised with what Australia’s landscape has on offer.

They begin their journey on the most western edge of the Great Victoria Desert from the small mining town of Laverton.

They ride, duck and weave their way through a series of sand dunes, breakaway country, huge salt lakes and densely vegetated woodlands. It’s sensational!

Not long after this, they experience the expansive savanna lands of the Nullarbor plain. They take you south and hit the magnificent cliffs and coves of the Great Australian Bight.

The journey continues, following the telegraph track and its 150-year old communication wire west towards Israelite Bay. Nearing the end of the epic adventure, they reach the coastal town of Esperance with its world-famous pristine beaches and silky white sand.

• Heavy Traffic: Cities in Bangladesh, especially Dhaka, are known for having very dense and chaotic traffic. Roads can be filled with vehicles, bicycles, rickshaws, and pedestrians.
• Road Infrastructure: Roads can be in various conditions. Some main roads are well-maintained, but many others may be in poor condition, with potholes and a lack of proper signage.

Traffic Regulations:

• Different Traffic Norms: Traffic regulations may be different from those of other countries. It's important to familiarize yourself with local rules before driving.
• Left-Hand Driving: In Bangladesh, driving is on the left-hand side of the road.

Alternative Means of Transport:

• Rickshaws: They are very common and often share the roads with motor vehicles. You should be attentive to them, as they can be less predictable than cars.
• Protective Gear: It's important to wear a helmet and protective gear, although enforcement of this rule may vary depending on the location and circumstances.
• Awareness and Vigilance: Due to the chaotic traffic, it's important to be constantly alert and have a good sense of the traffic situation around you.

Weather Conditions:

• Monsoons: During the monsoon season (June to September), Bangladesh can experience heavy rains and flooding. This can significantly affect driving conditions.

Local Regulations:

• Documentation: Make sure you have all the necessary documentation, such as a driving license and motorcycle ownership documents.
• Road Safety Regulations: Comply with local traffic and road safety laws.

Driver Behavior:

• Active Audience: Drivers in Bangladesh can be very active on the road, often using their horns frequently. Visual and auditory communication is important.

Adventures and Cultural Experiences:

• Exploration: Riding a motorcycle in Bangladesh can offer you a unique way to explore the country and experience its culture in a closer way than if you were traveling in larger vehicles.

Remember, this information is a general guide and there may have been changes in local conditions and regulations after my last update in January 2022. If you plan to ride in Bangladesh, it's advisable to consult updated sources and, if possible, get advice from local drivers or traffic authorities.

Owned and operated by Rob & Gretchen Beach, Beach's Motorcycle Adventures is a specialized boutique agency that— since 1972 —has been creating and conducting remarkable motorcycle riding and driving adventures in countries throughout the world.

Rob & Gretchen personally guide most of Beach's tours, pursuing their passion for travel and motorcycling on a day-to-day basis.

In 2018 Rob Beach completed his 200th tour.

Each and every Beach tour features a guide on a motorcycle, and a support driver in the luggage van. On most European tours the guide duty falls to Rob & Gretchen Beach, the masters of Alpine motorcycle touring.

Ride with the guide daily, if you like. The pro is there at your service! And if you don't, the Beachs—more than any tour company out there—have worked hard to gather and present you with information, routes, points of interest, and other details so you may head off on your own, riding the route of your choice on your own schedule. The routes and itineraries presented by the Beachs are through the best riding areas in the world. The Alps are their speciality—for 49 years Beach's Motorcycle Adventures has been associated with Alpine Adventures.

The World's oldest motorcycle tour company

... and a family-owned and operated business to boot! Rob is second-generation. Bob & Elizabeth Beach conducted the Beach's first tour of Europe in 1972.

Since that time they have operated from the same location. You are generally touring with the CEO.

Rob Beach first traveled the Alps as a passenger with his father in 1973, rode his first complete European tour in 1977, conducted his first Alpine Adventure in 1978, and created his first tour—the British Bat — in 1986.

Knowledge comes from study, expertise from experience. Other companies may train their guides, but it takes decades to develop the expertise found on every Beach tour.
