The year is just getting started, but 2024 is already stacked with exciting tours. Open up your calendar and start planning with this sprawling list of announced 2024 tours.

Chappell Roan's Big Year: The 'Midwest Princess' Examines How She Became A Pop "Feminomenon"
Just after Chappell Roan made her festival debut at Coachella, hear from the pop starlet about some of the defining moments of her career thus far — and how it all helped earn her a spot at one of music's biggest fests.
Before this year, Chappell Roan had never even been to Coachella. Now, not only can she say she's attended — she's performed in the desert, too.
Roan played an evening set on the Gobi Stage on April 12, and is set to return for Weekend 2. Fans clad in everything from cowboy boots, Sandy Liang-inspired bows and, perhaps most importantly, jorts, gathered to celebrate their shared love of Roan's radiance, karmic kink and gay cowgirl doctrine.
Throughout her performance, bubbles breezed through the air as Roan belted out her infectious (and aptly titled) track "Femininomenon," which speaks to lover girls forced to live in an online-dating hellscape. "Ladies, you know what I mean?/ And you know what you need and so does he/ But does it happen? No!" Following collective screams of pure joy, the already enlivened crowd roused to match Roan beat-for-beat, shouting back in perfect unison, "Well, what we really need is a femininomenon!"
In an era of bedroom pop and sad-girl music, Roan has been hailed by both critics and fans for bringing fun back to pop music. Along with her staunch sense of self, Roan's penchant for explicit lyrics that are equally parts introspective and horny makes her dance-pop anthems all the more infectious.
Roan's ambitiously experimental debut album, 2023's The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess , cemented her status as one of the most exciting pop stars on the rise. While she only recently landed her first single on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Good Luck, Babe!," her rapidly growing fan base — and an opening slot on Olivia Rodrigo's sold-out GUTS World Tour — indicate that she's on her way to superstardom .
Perhaps part of Roan's magic is that it was all on her own terms. After parting ways with her first label, Atlantic Records, she built a loyal following as an independent artist before signing with Island Records last year. Even as a major label artist, she's determined to only do things her way; her indefatigable commitment to her craft — as well as writing her own rules when it comes to fashion and makeup — is precisely why her fans are so enraptured by both her music and persona.
Her fearlessness was on full display during her first Coachella set, where the words emblazoned on her bodysuit read "Eat Me." She talks the talk, and walks the walk (in fabulous, knee-high boots, of course), matching her unabashed aesthetic with equally bold career moves; for one, the openers for her headlining tour are local drag queens.

With eyeliner winged to the heavens, near-perfect vocal stability and fiery curls ablaze, Roan's shimmering Coachella Weekend 1 performance proved that her stage presence is equally dynamic. And if she had any doubters, she had one thing to say to them: "B—, I know you're watching!"
In between rehearsals for her Coachella debut, Roan took a look back on her journey to one of music's most coveted stages. Below, hear from Roan about five of the most impactful milestones in her career — so far.
Releasing Her Debut Album, The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess
I ended up signing [with Island Records in 2023] because this project honestly got too big to be independent anymore. I just wasn't willing to give up anything, any creative control or for any amount of money.
Being an independent artist was really special because I proved to myself that I could do all these hard things that I had never done. I built it with an entire friend group and many, many years of work. So it wasn't just me, but it proved a lot to me.
It proved I can make it through hard circumstances — with no money. You truly can. You do not need a label to do a lot of what an artist's career requires. You don't need a label to put on your own show, or make a music video, or even write a song, or find creative people. You don't need that s—t. I mean, a label is just money, you know? You don't need a lot of money to do this. To make it grow is, I think, where it takes a lot of money. That's what was difficult.
Music allows me to express anything, even things that I've never experienced before. It allows me to express queerness, even if it was only daydreams at that point. It allows me to express parts of me that I'm not even ready to accept yet.
I don't give a f— if you don't f— with the music. You don't have to come to the concert. That's the whole point of it. You don't have to like it. I think throughout the year, I'm like, "What can I get away with?" Because right now it's pretty tame for what it is like to be a gay artist. But I just want to push it to see how far can I go — with the most controversial outfits or things to rile people up. I'm not really afraid to do that.
Having a song [like "Casual] with the lyric, "Knee deep in the passenger seat/ And you're eating me out," and it's being considered to go to radio. That's kind of a big thing to get away with.
It's not even that big of a thing. What's that song? Is it Flo Rida ? That's like, "Can you blow my whistle, baby/ whistle baby." Okay, that's obviously about like a f—ing blowjob. [ Laughs .] No one cares about that. To me, I'm like, Let's talk about eating out on the radio . I actually think it has to be bleeped, but still, if I can get away with it, that's cool.
Feeling Financial Freedom & Stability
Not making money at all just sucked. But I learned how to do my own makeup and bedazzle and sew a little bit. I think that the scrappiness came from [the idea that] it's scrappy if it's fun.
I think that's what kept me going — because if this wasn't fun, I would not even be here. But it was scrappy and fun, and it was with my friends. It didn't feel dire. I was also just working at a coffee shop, and I was a nanny, and I was working at a donut shop. I was doing part time jobs all on the side too. So it was all just rough [in the beginning].
I have freedom because now [singing] is my full-time job. It provides for me now. As the project grows, I can do bigger shows and be like, I want outfit changes now , and I want more lights, and I want confetti . I can afford confetti now!
It's about expanding the universe in a thoughtful way. And not just like throwing a s— ton of money at things to make things look expensive or wear all this designer s— for no reason.
I just try to look at how we are starting to gain momentum financially and see how can I intentionally use that to, one, pay the team in a way where they're not bare bones anymore, and two, [ask ourselves] how can we honor this project and this album and the queer community? Can we pay drag queens more? Can we bring drag on the road? Now, financially, doors have opened where we can walk through them with love and intention. Just recklessly, throwing money at s— to see if it works.

Opening Olivia Rodrigo's Arena Tour
Olivia [Rodrigo] just asked. It was official, we went through our management. But I was like, Oh my God .
Preparing a 40-minute set is a different vibe than headlining, obviously. You are going out to an audience that is not there for you and doesn't necessarily care if you're there or not.
This is, like, my fourth or fifth artist I've opened for. But for an arena tour, I just needed to gather my nerves. I think that's the difference between any other show. Like, F—, there's 20,000 people out there right now. I've never performed in front of that many people. I don't know what this emotion is, and I just have to tame it right now.
Standing Up For Herself Creatively, Even When There's Pushback
I stand up for myself, I would say, every day. Sometimes, you get this opportunity, a huge opportunity with a lot of money on the table. [Yet,] I'm just like, That just doesn't make sense creatively. That doesn't align with my values. I'm not doing that.
One huge creative decision was I stood up and pushed the entire headlining Midwest Princess tour back to the fall. The album was supposed to come out while we were on tour. I was like, "This is a horrible idea!"
That caused a big ruckus, but it ended up being fine, and I was right. I'm usually right. [ Laughs .] It's like a mother with her kid — a mother knows best. I feel like [that] when it comes to the integrity of my project.
I know how it is to not be able to afford a ticket or even f—ing food. A concert ticket, a lot of times, means multiple meals for someone. I get it, I couldn't afford some artists' tickets. That's why it's really important to me to try to keep them as low as I can and my merch as low as I can.
There's pushback of ticket prices being low and we're playing rooms that are so expensive. The fee to even play them is so expensive. So, you have to raise the ticket prices to just even be able to afford to play the room. There's always an argument [with my team] there, every tour. I'm in control of stuff and if I'm saying this is how it's going to be —- it's just going to be that way.
Performing At Coachella For The First Time
[After the first weekend of Coachella] I am feeling very relieved. I was so stressed about many things. How is the outfit going to work? Will the crowd really be engaged? It went so well, I have no qualms with anything. I loved every second of it.
It feels like I am partying with [my fans]. I am not performing to them; I’m performing with them. [I want people to remember] a really fun, freeing show. Very campy but very meaningful too.

Andrew Watt cut his teeth with pop phenoms, but lately, the 2021 Producer Of The Year winner has been in demand among rockers — from the Rolling Stones and Blink-182 to Elton John.
While in a studio, Andrew Watt bounces off the walls. Just ask Mick Jagger , who once had to gently tell the 33-year-old, "Look, I can deal with this, but when you meet Ronnie and Keith , you have to dial it down a little bit."
Or ask Pearl Jam 's Stone Gossard . "He really got the best out of [drummer] Matt [Cameron] just by being excited — literally jumping up and down and pumping his fist and running around," he tells GRAMMY.com.
As Watt's hot streak has burned on, reams have rightly been written about his ability to take a legacy act, reconnect them with their essence, and put a battery in their back. His efficacy can be seen at Music's Biggest Night: Ozzy Osbourne 's Patient Number 9 won Best Rock Album at the 2023 GRAMMYs . At the last ceremony, the Rolling Stones were nominated for Best Rock Song, for Hackney Diamonds ' opener "Angry."
On Pearl Jam's return to form, Dark Matter , due out April 19. Who was behind the desk? Take a wild guess.
"You want to see them live more than you want to listen to their albums, and they have the ability to look at each other and play and follow each other. I don't like my rock music any other way, as a listener," Watt tells GRAMMY.com. "All my favorite records are made like that — of people speeding up, slowing down, playing longer than they should."
As such, Watt had a lightbulb moment: to not record any demos, and have them write together in the room. "They're all playing different stuff, and it makes up what Pearl Jam is, and singer Eddie [Vedder] rides it like a wave."
If you're more of a pop listener, there's tons of Watt for you — he's worked with Justin Bieber ("Hit the Ground" from Purpose ), Lana Del Rey ("Doin' Time" from Norman F—ing Rockwell ) and much more. Read on for a breakdown of big name rockers who have worked with Andrew Watt.
Pearl Jam / Eddie Vedder
Watt didn't just produce Dark Matter ; he also helmed Vedder's well-received third solo album, Earthling , from 2022. Watt plays guitar in Vedder's live backing band, known as the Earthlings — which also includes Josh Klinghoffer , who replaced John Frusciante in the Red Hot Chili Peppers for a stint.
The Rolling Stones
Dark Matter was a comeback for Pearl Jam, but Hackney Diamonds was really a comeback for the Stones . While it had a hater or two , the overwhelming consensus was that it was the Stones' best album in decades — maybe even since 1978's Some Girls .
"I hope what makes it fresh and modern comes down to the way it's mixed, with focus on low end and making sure the drums are big," Watt, who wore a different Stones shirt every day in the studio, has said about Hackney Diamonds . "But the record is recorded like a Stones album."
Where there are modern rock flourishes on Hackney Diamonds , "There's no click tracks. There's no gridding. There's no computer editing," he continued. "This s— is performed live and it speeds up and slows down. It's made to the f—ing heartbeat connection of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Steve Jordan.
"And Charlie ," Watt added, tipping a hat to Watts, who played on Hackney Diamonds but died before it came out. "When Charlie's on it."
Ever since he first picked up a mic and removed his shirt, the snapping junkyard dog of the Stooges has stayed relevant — as far as indie, alternative and punk music has been concerned.
But aside from bright spots like 2016's Josh Homme -produced Post Pop Depression , his late-career output has felt occasionally indulgent and enervated. The 11 songs on 2023's eclectic Watt-produced Every Loser , on the other hand, slap you in the face in 11 different ways.
"We would jam and make tracks and send them to Iggy, and he would like 'em and write to them or wouldn't like them and we'd do something else," Watt told Billboard . "It was very low pressure. We just kept making music until we felt like we had an album." (And as with Pearl Jam and Vedder's Earthlings band, Watt has rocked out onstage with Pop .
Ozzy Osbourne
You dropped your crown, O Prince of Darkness. When he hooked up with Watt, the original Black Sabbath frontman hadn't released any solo music since 2010's Scream; in 2017, Sabbath finally said goodbye after 49 years and 10 (!) singers.
On 2020's Ordinary Man and 2022's Patient Number 9 , Watt reenergized Ozzy; even when he sounds his age, Ozz sounds resolute, defiant, spitting in the face of the Reaper. (A bittersweet aside: the late Taylor Hawkins appears on Patient Number 9 , which was written and recorded in just four days .)
Yeah, yeah, they're more of a pop -rock band, but they have guitars, bass and drums. (And if you're the type of rock fan who's neutral or hostile to the 5, you shouldn't be; Songs About Jane slaps.)
At any rate, Watt co-produced "Can't Leave You Alone," featuring Juice WRLD , from 2021's Jordi . Critics disparaged the album, but showed Watt's facility straddling the pop and rock worlds.
5 Seconds of Summer
When it comes to Andrew Watt, the Sydney pop-rockers — slightly more on the rock end than Maroon 5 and their ilk — are repeat customers. He produced a number of tracks for 5 Seconds of Summer, which spanned 2018's Youngblood , 2020's Calm and 2022's 5SOS5 .
Regarding the former: Watt has cited Youngblood as one of the defining recording experiences of his life.
"I had started working with 5 Seconds of Summer, and a lot of people looked at them as a boy band, but they're not," Watt told Guitar Player . "They're all incredible musicians. They can all play every instrument. They love rock music. They can harmonize like skyrockets in flight. They just were making the wrong kind of music."
So Watt showed 5 Seconds of Summer a number of mainstays of the rock era, like Tears for Fears and the Police . The rest, as they say, is history.
A year after Britney Spears was unshackled from her highly controversial conservatorship, it was time for a victory lap with the God of Glitter. What resulted was a curious little bauble, which became a megahit: "Hold Me Closer," a spin on "Tiny Dancer," "The One" and "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" that briefly launched Spears back into the stratosphere.
"Britney came in and she knew what she wanted to do," Watt recalled to The L.A. Times . "We sped up the song a little bit and she sang the verses in her falsetto, which harkens back to 'Toxic.' She was having a blast."
Watt has also worked with pop/punk heroes Blink-182 — but not after Tom DeLonge made his grand return. He produced "I Really Wish I Hated You" from 2019's Nine , back when Matt Skiba was in the band.
Where in the rock world will this tender-aged superproducer strike next? Watt knows.

Coachella 2024 Weekend 1 Recap: 20 Surprises And Special Moments, From Billie Eilish & Lana Del Rey To Olivia Rodrigo With No Doubt
Weekend 1 of Coachella 2024 is a wrap, and the internet can’t stop talking about it. Here are 20 surprises and special moments from Coachella so far, including inspired team-ups, wackadoo moments in the clutch, and much more.
It may be hard to believe, but Weekend 1 of Coachella 2024 is already over. Clearly, time flies when you’re having fun — particularly when beholding the world’s leading artists, convened in the Indio desert in California.
If you weren’t there, the festival was filmed, of course. You can enjoy Coachella from the comfort of your own home, sans-sunburn, undrenched with champagne.
As you survey Coachella’s sold-out first weekend, read on for 20 performances, debuts and moments that surprised and touched us from Coachella Weekend 1.
Lana Del Rey's Headlining Set Brought Out GRAMMY Winners Billie Eilish, Jon Batiste & Jack Antonoff
After rolling deep up to her desert set on a fleet of motorcycles for her Friday performance, Lana Del Rey infused her iconic sad-girl pop persona into every facet of her Gatsby-esque performance. Her headlining set also included some special GRAMMY-winning guests: Jon Batiste and 2024 Producer Of The Year Jack Antonoff both accompanied on piano, while Billie Eilish joined her idol on stage for duet performances of "Ocean Eyes" and "Video Games." Sharing a moment with her hero on stage at the end of the set, Eilish declared, "This is the reason for half you bitches’ existence, including mine.”
Tyler, The Creator Brings Out Childish Gambino, A$AP Rocky, Kali Uchis and Charlie Wilson
View this post on Instagram A post shared by Rolling Stone (@rollingstone)
Saturday's main stage event kicked off with a ruckus 80-minute set by creative magnet Tyler, The Creator , who transformed the stage into an ever-changing desert scene to host fellow performers.
First up, Childish Gambino hit the stage to perform a duet of "Running Out of Time," before A$AP Rocky joined for a performance of two tracks, "Potato Salad" and "Who Dat Boy."
Tyler admitted he once saw both as rivals, but now considers them friends. Kali Uchis also returned to the desert stage with Tyler for a quick appearance as well as legendary singer/songwriter Charlie Wilson , who made an unexpected appearance to accompany Tyler on a laid-back version of "EARFQUAKE."
No Doubt Made Their Grand Re-Entrance (With Olivia Rodrigo!)
.body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } No Doubt electrified Coachella with their first performance in nine years , featuring all original members and a blend of eclectic hits that defined their career. Their memorable reunion set highlighted their timeless appeal and was punctuated by a surprise appearance from pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo for a duet performance of No Doubt classic, "Bathwater." Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Show Up To Support Ice Spice And Jack Antonoff's Bleachers The Queen of Pop, Taylor Swift herself, showed up on Sunday with her boyfriend Travis Kelce among the crowds to support her friends: producer and Bleachers band member Jack Antonoff and Eras tourmate Ice Spice . Will Smith Joined J Balvin For The “Men In Black” Theme .body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } .body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } What slap? Last year, Will Smith appeared at “A GRAMMY Salute To 50 Years Of Hip Hop” as one half of DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. And at Coachella 2024, the world was treated to another throwback, as he and four-time GRAMMY nominee J Balvin performed the immortal theme to Men in Black . Doja Cat Brought Out A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage and Teezo Touchdown GRAMMY winner and 19-time nominee Doja Cat turned in a performance heavy on rap — and also puppet dinosaurs. As per the former, A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage and Teezo Touchdown touched down, collaborating with Doja on “Urrrge,” “N.H.I.E.,” and “Masc,” respectively. Ice Spice Previewed A New Song Onstage Something’s stirring in Ice Spiceworld. At Coachella, she wowed with her live debut of a new song that sampled Sean Paul ’s 2005 track “Gimme the Light.” (She closed out with “Think U the Shit (Fart).”) As reported earlier in April , Ice Spice is going to make her acting debut in Spike Lee ’s new movie High and Low , starring Denzel Washington . Peso Pluma Made His Coachella Debut ¡Corridos tumbados de por vida! In the wake of his big wi n at the 2024 GRAMMYs — Best Música Mexicana Album (Including Tejano), for GÉNESIS — Peso Pluma lit up Coachella 2024 with that signature fusion of folky guitar ballads and modern hip-hop, with special guests including Becky G and Arcángel . Lil Uzi Vert Previewed A New Song Onstage Ice Spice wasn’t the only act to preview new material at Coachella 2024. Enter four-time GRAMMY nominee Lil Uzi Vert, who performed a hypnotic and — again — unnamed track, one that seemed to be tailor-made for Coachella. A Mini-Fugees Reunion Went Down (Thanks To YG Marley) Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean are no strangers to reigniting the Fugees spirit onstage — they did so at Essence Fest 2022, while GRAMMY.com was reporting on site . This time, they kept it in the family; during Hill’s son YG Marley’s set, both Fugees came out, playing classics like “Killing Me Softly.” (The embattled Pras wasn’t present.) Blur Announced This Was Their Last Performance Together .tweet-container iframe { width: 100% !important; } .body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } Social media is currently abuzz at the allegedly unresponsive audience for Blur — but what’s a viral, out-of-context clip supposed to prove, anyway? Whatever the case may be, after their rollicking set, Damon Albarn and company declared that the Britpop icons were entering another hiatus. Bizarrap Brought Out Shakira .body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } View this post on Instagram A post shared by Coachella (@coachella)
Mega-watt Argentine producer Bizarrap brought his BZRP Music Sessions to the Coachella stage and included a surprise appearance from superstar Shakira .
Shakira and Bizarrap won the Latin GRAMMY for Song Of The Year at the 2023 Latin GRAMMYs for "Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53," a featured track on her fresh-out-the-trap album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran .
Billie Eilish Threw A Special “Billie & Friends” Party & Hyped Up The Crowd With The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside”
View this post on Instagram A post shared by Coachella (@coachella)
After surprising fans during Lana Del Rey 's Friday set, Billie Eilish treated fans and special guests to a preview of her new album, Hit Me Hard and Soft at the Do LaB Stage on Saturday night.
The previewed songs were well-received by an enthusiastic set of attendees who were introduced to yet-to-debut tracks "“Lunch,” "L’Amour De Ma Vie," and "Chihiro."
"Yo Gabba Gabba!" Showed Up To The Aquabats’ Pool Party
Christian Jacobs, lead singer of the Aquabats, co-created the "Yo Gabba Gabba!" TV show — and the colorful cast of costumed characters showed up to their pool party! This marks yet another example of ska picking up at Coachella — see the transcendent No Doubt and Sublime performances.
Sublime Made Their Coachella Debut With Jakob Nowell
As you may have read , Sublime are back, against the odds — not with Rome, but with Jakob Nowell , original Sublime frontman Bradley’s son. (It must be said: Bradley died at 28, ending the band’s original run; as he takes the guitar and mic, Jakob himself is 28.)
Speaking of the guitar — he wielded his old man’s, in an emotional and electrifying set that proved these songs’ durability and beyond.
Vampire Weekend Brought Paris Hilton Onstage To Play Cornhole
.body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } Life imitates Mad Libs! The beloved indie rockers are out promoting their new album, 2024’s Only God Was Above Us — and who better to cheerlead than the one and only Paris Hilton, to play the classic bean bag game with the crew? Dom Dolla Brought Out Nelly Furtado .body-text { max-width: inherit; } .body-text strong > a { font-weight: 600; } View this post on Instagram A post shared by Coachella (@coachella)
Dance/electronic sensation Dom Dolla returned to Coachella for a charged set featuring festival first-timer Nelly Furtado who joined to perform their GRAMMY-nominated track, "Eat Your Man."
Furtado gave her all during the rousing performance, a testament to the duo's synergy after Dom Dolla brought the singer out of a six year hiatus to work together on the song.
Sky Ferreira Made A Surprise Appearance With Kevin Abstract
View this post on Instagram A post shared by Stereogum (@stereogum)
If Sky Ferreira seems like an unlikely candidate to belt out a Lady A hit, think again. The singer/songwriter brought newfound heft to the five-time GRAMMY winners’ classic hit, “Need You Now,” with Kevin Abstract.
Does this foreshadow a reappraisal of the country mainstays’ catalog? Once the dust settles re: the ska revival, we’ll have that conversation.
Kesha Showed Up To Rock With Reneé Rapp (And Diss A Certain Disgraced Rapper)
“Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy ,” Kesha once rapped, in her inescapable 2009 hit “Tik Tok.” Well, that didn’t age well, and Kesha knew that. So she changed “P. Diddy” to “me” — and if that’s just going to be the official lyric now, that’s fine by the music industry. Reneé Rapp, of Mean Girls fame , bolstered her.
Mac DeMarco Joined Forces With Lil Yachty
Mac DeMarco’s been a savvy chameleon at this stage in his career, prioritizing brainy collaborations over typical album release cycles.
He has two songwriting credits on Yachty ’s game changing 2023 album Let’s Start Here , and during Yachty’s performance, he showed up to perform two of his song songs: “On The Level,” from 2017’s This Old Dog , and “Chamber of Reflection,” from his decade-old album Salad Days .

Whether you’re more excited to rock out, rap along, or sing along to every pop song, you’ll have a blast at the most anticipated tours of 2024.
Olivia Rodrigo — GUTS Tour
Are you prepared to see the modern queen of power ballads and No.1 pop singles? Olivia Rodrigo concerts are a wild ride that put her epic voice front and center; powered by Gen Z angst, recognizable choruses, and captivating backdrops that transport you into a new world. Olivia’s world, that is. See the full list of Olivia Rodrigo tour dates here .
Def Leppard and Journey — The Summer Stadium Tour
It takes a certain amount of rock anthems to fill up major venues like SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA (capacity of 70,000!) and the 42,000-seat Citi Field in Queens, NY. But if anybody can do it, it’s Def Leppard and Journey! Both iconic groups have a half-century’s worth of instantly-recognizable hard rock hits right at their fingertips. And they can’t wait to hear you sing along to all of them on The Summer Stadium Tour in 2024. Def Leppard will go full glam metal with 1980s essentials like “Pour Some Sugar On Me,” “Bringin’ On The Heartbreak,” and “Hysteria.” Meanwhile, Journey is taking a break from their solo 50th anniversary trek to play alongside their old friends…and their inspirational rock repertoire needs no introduction. How excited are you to hear “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Wheel In The Sky,” and “Any Way You Want It” amplified in Chicago’s Wrigley Field? Because we sure are.

Green Day — The Saviors Tour
“We’ve never been more excited to unleash new music than with Saviors , a record that’s meant to be rocked live, together,” Green Day said when announcing their latest tour. “So let’s thrash.” You don’t have to tell us twice! The rock legends are celebrating not only Saviors , their fourteenth album due for release in January 2024, but also more musical milestones from their illustrious career. 2024 also marks the 30th anniversary of their third album, Dookie , which spawned singles like “Longview” and “Basket Case” and brought punk rock to the forefront of mainstream music. Additionally, next year is also the 20th birthday of American Idiot , the band’s seventh album that established them with the younger crowd. Are you really a millennial if you didn’t scream “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” at the top of your lungs in between classes or post a lyric from “Wake Me Up When September Ends” on your MySpace every fall? The bottom line? Green Day will play through their entire prestigious punk rock catalog during the Saviors tour, and it will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for any rock fan.
See the full list of Green Day tour dates here .
Bad Bunny — Most Wanted Tour
Fresh off the release of his fifth album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana , Bad Bunny is ready to bring the dance party to your city on the Most Wanted Tour! New singles like “Where She Goes,” “Un Preview,” and “Monaco” are a tribute to not only his Latin trap roots, but also the countless other genres that he’s made his own since the 2010s. We’re talking about drill, house, Jersey Club, and of course, Reggaeton. Basically, Bad Bunny is musically experimenting more than ever in his Most Wanted era, and you’ll be blown away by every aspect of this trek. From the high-tech onstage visuals and bold vocals to Bad Bunny’s fierce dedication to Puerto Rican culture, he’s a musical phenomenon that’s destined to own the stage every night.
See the full list of Bad Bunny tour dates here .
Sleater Kinney — US Tour
As Sleater-Kinney sets up for the release of their eleventh album, Little Rope , in January, they’ve also announced a lengthy tour to debut these brand-new tunes. And if the first two singles, “Hell” and “Say It Like You Mean It” are any indication, we’re in for a surreal show that highlights the musical repertoire of these alternative rock-meets riot grrrl favorites. Carrie Brownstein and Corin Tucker have been killing it since the 1990s with their empowering tracks about feminism, politics, and relationships. And while it’s not quite their 30th anniversary just yet, Sleater Kinney has a lot to celebrate in 2024. Don’t miss your chance to see this talented duo on tour!
Drake — It’s All A Blur - Big As The What? Tour
Champagne Papi himself is hitting the road once again next year, extending his It’s All A Blur tour and visiting dozens more US arenas. While the first leg of this trek featured support from 21 Savage, these newly-announced Drake concerts will feature J. Cole as opening act…giving hip-hop fans the show of a lifetime as they witness the two multiplatinum rappers in action. Drake continues to support tracks off his eighth and latest album, 2023’s For All The Dogs . Therefore, the setlist will include modern favorites like “Slime You Out,” “8AM in Charlotte,” and “Rich Baby Daddy.” Additionally, the record also includes a collaboration with J. Cole called “First Person Shooter,” which we’re hoping these tourmates will perform together onstage!
The Rolling Stones — Hackney Diamonds Tour
“(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” right? Well, unless a set of rock legends like The Rolling Stones comes into town, which they are in 2024! Composed of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood, it’s not easy to explain the profound impact of The Rolling Stones. Their gritty blend of rock and roll and blues was at the forefront of the British Invasion back in the 1960s, while they’ve continued to record and perform to perfection for over six decades now. The group just released Hackney Diamonds , their 26th album and first new material in 18 years. And they intend to do justice to these new songs, especially as they pay tribute to their late drummer, Charlie Watts, who passed away in 2021. Furthermore, they’ll also play all the top classic rock favorites from the vault, including “Paint It, Black,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Honky Tonk Women,” and “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”
Melanie Martinez — Trilogy Tour
Everybody’s favorite alien is taking the stage once again in 2024, but this won’t be your typical Melanie Martinez concert. Rather, the Trilogy tour will take attendees on a mystical, magical, and flawlessly musical journey through all three of Martinez’s albums! Whether your favorite is 2015’s Cry Baby , 2019’s K-12 , or 2023’s Portals, the renowned art pop-rock singer will showcase her entire artistry each night. At the center of each record is her Cry Baby protagonist, a shape-shifting creature that most recently took on the form of a galactic glamazon. Martinez will more than likely perform in full prosthetic makeup and costume attire to represent each album cycle. And you’ll be blown away by her sense of theatricality and mind-numbingly beautiful voice.

Billie Eilish is hitting the road, and Chicago will be one of the destinations.
The pop performer announced Monday that she will embark on a worldwide arena tour this fall, kicking off in Quebec City in Canada on Sept. 29. The Chicago stop of “Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour” will include two shows, Nov. 13 and 14 at the United Center.
After hitting major North American cities she’ll head to Australia and then Europe.
An American Express presale begins Tuesday, and any remaining tickets will become available Friday at billieeilish.com . A percentage of proceeds will benefit the environmental nonprofit REVERB.
Earlier this month, Eilish announced her highly anticipated third studio album, “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” will be released May 17.
The news arrived via Instagram, where Eilish shared the album artwork showing the pop singer floating in a body of water after being ejected from a door. In the caption, she wrote that she will not drop singles in advance of the release.
“I wanna give it to you all at once,” she captioned the image. “I truly could not be more proud of this album.”
Eilish worked with her brother and longtime collaborator Finneas on “Hit Me Hard and Soft.” The siblings recently took home their second Oscar for their big “Barbie” ballad “What Was I Made For?” In doing so, Eilish, 22, became the youngest person by far to have won two career Oscars.
Billie Eilish coming to the Prudential Center. Here's how to get tickets
Pop super star Billie Eilish is coming to New Jersey this fall to tour her new album "Hit Me Hard and Soft," which is set to come out in May.
The 22-year-old musician will be performing at the Prudential Center on Oct. 9 . Tickets will be available for presale on Tuesday April 30 for American Express Cardholders and will go on sale to the general public on Friday May 3, both starting at noon.

Her third studio album is set to come out on May 17. The young artist has already achieved much critical and commercial success. She had a Billboard No. 1 song with "bad guy" and five other top 10 Billboard hits. She also already has nine Grammy wins.
The North American leg of her tour kicks off Sept. 29 in Quebec and runs until Dec. 17. The overseas part of her tour starts in Feb. 25, stopping in countries such as Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and more.
Billie Eilish concert in NYC
Those who may be busy when she is visiting the Garden State can catch her in Manhattan between Oct. 16 through 18, when she plays in Madison Square Garden for three consecutive days.
Comments Eilish recently made about sex in a Rolling Stone profile made headlines.
"I basically talk about sex any time I possibly can," she told Rolling Stone. "That’s literally my favorite topic. My experience as a woman has been that it’s seen in such a weird way. People are so uncomfortable talking about it, and weirded out when women are comfortable in their sexuality and communicative in it."
She added "self-pleasure is an enormous, enormous part of my life," saying it helps her connect with herself and sharing what she enjoys. She also talked about embracing her sexuality and realizing her desire to have sex with women.
The singer's tour sustainability partner is the non-profit REVERB, an environmental group that will assist the concerts in eliminating more greenhouse gas pollution than it creates. The organization advocates for sustainability efforts in reducing greenhouse-gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste and promoting plant-based food options.
Eilish returns to New Jersey after performing the "Happier Than Ever" tour back February of 2022.

For this year’s update of our ongoing Greatest Pop Star by Year project, Billboard is counting down our staff picks for the top 10 pop stars of 2023 all this week. At No. 1, we remember the year in Taylor Swift — who, quite simply, spent all year doing things we’ve never seen a pop star do before.
Billboard’s Greatest Pop Stars of 2023: No. 2 — SZA
“9/24/23. Taylor was here.”

Billboard’s Greatest Pop Stars of 2023 : Introduction & Honorable Mentions | Rookie of the Year: Peso Pluma | Comeback of the Year: Miley Cyrus | No. 10: Drake | No. 9: Doja Cat | No. 8: Bad Bunny | No. 7: Olivia Rodrigo | No. 6: Karol G | No. 5: Morgan Wallen | No. 4: Ice Spice | No. 3: Beyoncé | No. 2: SZA
Which isn’t to say that it came totally out of nowhere, of course. The main reason we were able to call such a big year coming for Swift in 2023 was because she’d already ended 2022 on a stunning new career peak, 15 years into her superstardom. October’s Midnights release had served as the climax-to-that-point of a 2020s where Swift had made every right move, starting with the acclaimed alt-folk reset of Folklore and Evermore in 2020 and crescendoing with the triumphant first two Taylor’s Versions re-recordings (and the improbably Billboard Hot 100 -besting 10-minute revision of Red deep cut “All Too Well”) in 2021. We actually named her the Greatest Pop Star of that year, too , saying that she’d been “making the type of moves within and outside of her music that elevate an artist from superstar to legend.”
There would be no such lengthy respites in 2023. Swift kicked off the year still in the golden hour of the Midnights album cycle, with “Anti-Hero” spending the first two-non-holiday chart weeks of the year at No. 1, and second single “Lavender Haze” growing at pop radio. Over the first two months of the year, she released a gently surreal video for “Haze,” picked up a Grammy for best video as director of All Too Well: The Short Film and scored a top five album on the Billboard 200 for a Record Store Day release of her Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions collection. But mostly, she prepped for the Eras Tour.
It would be no exaggeration to call the Eras Tour the single most anticipated live trek of the century. Part of that was just a numbers game: Taylor Swift had not played a full concert since the Reputation tour in 2018, having to cancel her planned Lover Fest mini-world tour for 2020 – the COVID shutdown year. In the half-decade since that successful live run, Swift had released four entirely new albums, as well as two Taylor’s Version deluxe re-recordings, and myriad in-between bonus goodies. All of that had combined to make Swift significantly more popular than she had been in the late ‘10s, when she was already one of the biggest pop stars and live draws on the planet. Needless to say, the fans were ready – so much so that Ticketmaster’s servers had proven woefully under-equipped to handle the level of demand once Eras Tour tickets were first released to the public the prior November.
The kickoff show was, in every way, just the beginning for the Eras Tour. Contrary to 99% of big pop tours, national interest in Eras hardly dropped at all after the first night, as the set’s rotating spot of two acoustically performed “surprise songs” gave fans reason to excitedly tune into the social chatter (and videos) from each new concert. “I AM DONE WITH TAYLOR SWIFT” became a recurring trending topic as the battle cry of faux-betrayed Swifties, irate that their personal fav track appeared in the setlist for a show when they weren’t in attendance. The celebrity turnout at Eras gigs also became a reliable topic of content and discussion, with everyone from Julia Roberts to Flavor Flav getting in on the world’s hottest ticket.
One celebrity who actually took the Eras stage with Swift was rising rapper and pop star Ice Spice, who joined Swift at MetLife Stadium in late May to perform their new remix to the set-closing Midnights cut “Karma,” which had been released earlier that day. The remix drew a mixed reception, as the two artists’ styles meshed a little awkwardly, but the alliance was still a logical one for Swift, as Ice Spice covered the one area inside the mainstream that she was no longer really able to touch – the cutting edge – and also just lent a much-needed freshness to the no-longer-new Midnights single, helping “Karma” to surge to No. 2 on the Hot 100.
Nonetheless, Swift’s relationship with Healy became top-tier tabloid fodder, and ensured that all eyes remained on the Eras Tour as it wound its way through the States during the spring and early summer. The arrival of Eras in a new town every weekend brought with it not only an avalanche of hype, media attention and near-groveling from the host cities, but enough traveling business to give local economies a notable boost. Cities like Las Vegas and Philadelphia had reportedly seen their tourism levels rise to pre-pandemic levels upon her visits, and research company QuestionPro ultimately estimated that the tour could raise as much as $4.6 billion for all its host cities combined – even leading to debate on The View over whether Swift was doing more for the national economy than President Biden.
It helped that by that point, the tour had its own hit single adding to its promotion – and for once, it was one that Swift herself couldn’t have planned or predicted. “Cruel Summer,” a sparkling album cut off 2019’s Lover , had been a fan (and critic) favorite and regular high-performer on streaming for years, but with its plum second-from-the-top placement within the Eras setlist – and with the weather heating up – consumption of the song kicked into high gear. In June, it reappeared on the Hot 100 for the first time in four years, and Swift soon seized the moment, announcing its release as an official single a few weeks later. Radio quickly jumped on board – it ultimately spent 10 weeks atop Pop Airplay , her longest-ever reign on that chart – and in July, the song climbed into the Hot 100’s top 10.
And in truth, “Cruel Summer” was just the tip of the spear for the full-on streaming onslaught that the Eras Tour represented for Taylor Swift. For the first eight weeks of her tour, her streaming numbers rose across the board in each frame – ultimately leading to a 79% total boost in her streaming performance, for numbers that were already ozone-high. Her catalog-wide consumption was so vast that in July, she notched four albums simultaneously in the top 10 of the Billboard 200, becoming the first living artist to accomplish that feat since Herb Alpert six decades earlier. (By year’s end, she’d become the first to get a full five at once.)
One of those four July albums was her first Taylor’s Version re-recording for 2023, of 2010’s Swiftie-beloved Speak Now . The set featured the usual barrage of bonus cuts, and some particularly enticing collaborations with period-appropriate special guests like Fall Out Boy and Hayley Williams of Paramore. Best of the bunch was the slinking solo performance “I Can See You,” which sounded like the undeniable radio smash that Speak Now never totally produced, the lone thing missing from the album’s resumé. It became the highest-charting song from the new Speak Now , debuting at No. 5 on the Hot 100, as the album became her third straight re-recording to bow atop the Billboard 200 – with a whopping 716,000 first-week units, the best number yet for any Taylor’s Version , and also the biggest number for any album released to that point in 2023.
But Swift’s year was nowhere near done – in fact, the biggest moments were yet to come, as would become abundantly clear on that aforementioned Sept. 24 date. To the relief of untold numbers of Swifties, her fling with Healy had run its course months earlier, and now rumors were beginning to swirl about her and Kelce. The Chiefs star had become increasingly coy in his comments about the pop icon, saying he’d invited her to come see him play a home game (after he’d seen her Eras show in Kansas City that July). She did indeed do just that on the 24th, with her presence at Arrowhead sending both the worlds of sports and pop culture into a frenzy, and leading to numerous posts and videos of non-football-conversant Swifties sharing the sport’s rules with one another, so they could better understand what was happening in between the shots of their hero in a private box with Kelce’s mom Donna.
As her second 2023 tour of America’s football stadiums continued through October, Swift also had a new project to promote: Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour , the concert film documentary shot across her August dates at SoFi Stadium in California. While such concert docs have historically been fan-only fare, with limited box-office ceilings, news of The Eras Tour was greeted as if it was the new Marvel blockbuster – and with commercial expectations to match, as insiders projected it could earn as much as $100 million in its opening weekend. Swift released the movie directly through theater chain AMC’s screening and distribution, and even with the brand beefing up its ticket sales systems to five times their usual capacity in advance of the Eras ticket pre-sale, they still crashed due to overwhelming demand. No business could properly quantify or contain Swfitie enthusiasm in 2023.
And then, the capper. While Swifties had ravenously consumed each of Swift’s three Taylor’s Version re-recordings, there was one that was anticipated above all others: 1989 , the 2014 mega-blockbuster that fully completed her crossover to pop superstardom and was still treasured by fans as the defining album of that pop era. Swift had announced the release of her new 1989 onstage at the final show of her Eras Tour U.S. leg in August, and in late October, it was finally set to be released. However, following a full year of Taylormania, dating back to Midnights the prior October – and only three months after Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) , two weeks after the Eras Tour film, and with “Cruel Summer” still holding atop the Hot 100 – some had to wonder: Has it been too much Taylor? Will fans really have the capacity to come out in full force for another album of re-recordings?
The first-week numbers for 1989 (Taylor’s Version) answered those questions with a definitive no and yes , respectively. The re-recording debuted with a near-unthinkable 1.653 million units, including 1.359 million in pure sales: both numbers passing every other Taylor’s Version , passing Midnights , even passing the debut week for the original 1989 . (Passing every other release of the 2020s as well, though Swift beating everyone else had ceased to be as impressive as besting her own marks.) The set’s five new bonus tracks were also well-received by fans and critics, particularly “Slut!,” which offered a new look at Swift’s vulnerability under the peak media glare of the 1989 era, and “Is It Over Now?,” which debuted atop the Hot 100, becoming her third song to hit No. 1 in 2023.
The Eras Tour finally wrapped for the year in late November, with Swift scheduled to pick things back up in Tokyo in February. Official Box Score numbers have yet to be reported for the tour’s 53 dates so far, but Billboard projects the total number to be upwards of $900 million – already enough to zoom past Elton John’s current mark for the highest-grossing North American tour of the Box Score era, with his Farewell Yellow Brick Road trek taking in $567.7 million over 135 shows – and that she might double that number with her 2024 dates. In fact, between her music sales and streams, tour receipts and box office returns, Billboard estimates that Swift made nearly $2 billion in 2023 alone, numbers which don’t even account for her financial wins from synchs, sponsorships and merchandise.
And it’s about looking at the current pop landscape and seeing Swift’s impact absolutely everywhere. It’s in the breakout of singer-songwriter Noah Kahan, who’s acknowledged that the pandemic-era acclaim for her Folklore and Evermore albums helped open a mainstream lane for his brand of alt-folk. It’s in the sophomore success of Olivia Rodrigo, who’s been following in the Taylor Swift career mold so well through her first three years of recording that she even just released an eerie Hunger Games ballad. It’s in the first-ever Hot 100 hits for obvious acolytes like Lizzy McAlpine and Gracie Abrams. It’s even in the recent triumphs of stars like Zach Bryan and SZA, whose musical trees don’t branch up to Swift, but who are certainly benefiting from the raised commercial ceiling she’s allowed for artists whose emphasis is first and foremost on detailed, personal songwriting.
It’s not totally clear how her year relates to the past, but what’s abundantly clear is that Swift’s 2023 will now be the year that all future pop stars will be measured against. Swift has shown that as powerful as a viral hit can be, it’s absolutely nothing compared to a viral tour, a viral catalog, a viral… everything. Really, Taylor Swift spent 2023 in a perpetual state of virality – something that sounds like it would be unsustainable if not outright dangerous for most pop stars, but something that after 15 years in the spotlight, she seemed absolutely ready and game for. Consequently, she is on a level of pop stardom right now that no other contemporary artist is even approaching, and remarkably few would be able to hold onto if they ever got there.
You can ask whether that’s a good thing for pop music, or even for Taylor Swift. When an artist’s success becomes divorced from their need for conventional hits, it can result in artistic complacency; just ask Drake superfans how they feel about his last five years of output, after it became clear he’d dominate the charts with every new album and single no matter what kind of consensus they held about its quality. And top 40 has also long thrived on the greats at least having plausible contemporary rivals who pushed them to higher heights: The Beatles had The Rolling Stones and The Beach Boys, Michael Jackson had Prince and Madonna, Britney Spears had the entire TRL teen-pop dynasty. Without that level of healthy competition, everyone suffers.
But if you do have to hand it to Taylor Swift’s 2023 for one thing, it’s this: Pop history is littered with frustrating what-if stories. Artists who made a major miscalculation with a song or album, artists who got in bed (literally or metaphorically) with the wrong people, artists who changed their sound or style too soon (or not soon enough), artists who took a couple years off at the worst possible time, artists whose personal lives overwhelmed their musical output or vice versa. And there is something not just awe-inspiring, but deeply satisfying, about watching an artist who made every single right decision for years and saw it all come together in one year of total untouchability. There is no wasted potential with Taylor Swift, no what ifs – the chance was there for her to have one of the greatest years any pop star has ever had, and you know that she grabbed it. Taylor was here . No one who was around for her 2023 will ever forget it.

Celebrities are among the thousands of fans who have filled stadiums to “shake it off” with the one and only Taylor Swift.
The Grammy-winning singer kicked off her Eras Tour, her most expansive tour yet, in March and has been traveling all across the United States, making stops in cities to perform for sold-out shows. It’s the pop star’s sixth headlining tour, which is described as a journey through all of her musical eras, including Fearless , Lover , Evermore , 1989 , Speak Now , Reputation and more. In total, Swift will perform 146 shows across five continents throughout the tour.
After every performance, fans have flooded social media with highlights from each night. Among the posts are some from the biggest Hollywood stars, going to enjoy a night out with friends to see Swift or to sing and dance along with their children. Like fans, stars like Jennifer Garner and Simu Liu have also taken to social media to show off the dozens of friendship bracelets they received from fellow concertgoers.
The actors and singers who attended the tour have had nothing but praise for Swift, who has continued to perform sets lasting well over three hours, which is no easy feat. Tiffany Haddish
Tiffany Haddish said she has “so much fun” during one of Swift’s tour nights in L.A. The actress posted a photo with friends, including Cameron Diaz and Zoe Saldana, writing in the caption,”@taylorswift killed and me and the Girls danced till the music was over.”
Ashley Tisdale
Ashley Tisdale was vibing out to Swift all night long during one of her performances at SoFi Stadium in L.A. The actress posted videos of her singing and dancing to the pop star’s hit songs while wearing a shirt that read “Taylor” on it. She also wrote in the caption, “Last night was UNREAL! @taylorswift The Eras tour.”
Fortune Feimster
Fortune Feimster went to the last night of Swift’s first U.S. leg of the Eras Tour. The comedian shared a video on Instagram, featuring clips from the entire night, writing in the caption. “What an incredible show from @taylorswift last night. She gave a 3.5 hour performance and didn’t even break a sweat. The Eras Tour definitely lived up to the hype.”
David Harbour
When David Harbour took his stepdaughter to see Taylor Swift in Minneapolis, he asked someone if there was a chance they would be able to meet the “Anti-Hero” singer and was told she was leaving right after the show, so he didn’t have high hopes. But Swift didn’t leave them hanging. “We sat there for about 30 minutes of the opener, and then a woman came out with a letter, and it was, you know, addressed to me and my stepdaughter, and it was a handwritten letter on a particular stationery,” written by the artist herself, he recalled on the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast . “She did say in the letter at one point, ‘I’ll give you a wave from the stage,’ and at one point, during the beginning of one of her numbers, she did turn to our little booth and [wave].”

Who’ll Be Pop’s Next Big Thing? Check Out These Candidates
By Brittany Spanos
Brittany Spanos
There’s no shortage of big albums to look forward to this year, but there are even more rising stars ready to become your next obsession. Right now, there’s an abundance of young artists across the landscape bringing fresh, innovative approaches to pop. Whether they’re hitting a whistle note, slinging a guitar, or oozing with Southern charm, pop’s next big things are starting to cut their teeth and ready to take 2024 by storm. Here are some of our favorites.
Elle Darlington
After building a following on TikTok, 20-year-old singer-songwriter Elle Darlington signed to Columbia. Her first single, “Wish You Would” recalls early Ariana Grande, a bit of intoxicating R&B-pop delivered with charming sweetness, complete with a whistle note she hits toward the end. Since dropping her holiday single, “Christmas Is You,” Darlington has been teasing new music on social media, like the song “Hiatus.” Based off the previews, the rising star is bringing her much-needed fun and girly energy into the new year as well.
Melbourne, Australia-based pop trio Blusher hit the ground running last year with their debut EP, Should We Go Dance? The collection answers the title’s question with a firm “yes,” infusing every song with the warm, frenetic energy of a great night out with your best friends. Their year unfolded massively, with opening slots on Tove Lo and Aurora’s Australian tour dates, and other international showcases. Blusher kicked off this year with the song “Rave Angel,” a perfect slice of hyper-pop bliss about redeeming a night out that’s at risk of souring. They could — and should — be the soundtrack to all your party pregames for the foreseeable future.
Louisiana native Britti has a sound steeped in her Southern roots, making her a folk-pop hero worth keeping an eye on. Singles like “Nothing Compares to You” and “Lullaby” are hypnotic and dreamy, while “Keep Running” is a charming country ditty reminiscent of Kacey Musgraves’ early releases. Her melange of influences and malleable twang suggest that her debut album, Hello, I’m Britti, will be a showstopper when it drops in February.
Baby Queen’s been on the rise for a few years now, having gotten a big break when her song “Colours of You” appeared in a promo for the Netflix hit Heartstopper in 2022. That same year, she also hit the road with Olivia Rodrigo in the U.K. and Europe, a dream gig for any artist. All of that was only the beginning for the South Africa-born, London-based star. She dropped more singles over the next year, leading up to her debut album, Quarter Life Crisis. Released in November, the album captures the budding star’s dreamy, euphoric synth-pop. It sounds like a collection of deep cuts from the soundtrack to your favorite early-aughts teen rom-com, perfect for screaming everywhere from the car to the dance floor.
Glam rocker Towa Bird is off to an unrivaled start to her career. She released her debut single, “Wild Heart,” last year, and each song since suggests a buzzworthy guitar hero in the making. Raised between Thailand and London, the Filipino-British singer-songwriter hit the road last year with label mate Renée Rapp, a major coup considering Rapp has been on her own superstar ascension. Bird has since released a live EP recorded at her gigs from Terminal 5 in New York, which features a raucous cover of Blur’s “Song 2.” The collection is the perfect way to introduce her as the rock star she is, one whose best experienced from your favorite club’s sweaty pit.
Fresh off her debut EP, Lola Young is a bratty, intriguing alt-pop heroine primed to make it even bigger this year. The South Londoner’s vibe is reminiscent of the brash heroes of Nineties Brit-pop, with a dose of indie sleaze. “Don’t Hate Me” took off on TikTok, getting the attention of stars like Kylie Jenner and Bella Hadid. Last year’s My Mind Wanders and Sometimes Leaves Completely is a great introduction to her sound, which seamlessly balances a unique fusion of post-punk, soul, and low-fi pop. She’ll be on the road this spring, headlining a string of shows across the U.S. and Canada.
Aidan Bissett
The Florida-born singer-songwriter started building his fanbase on TikTok, then easily translated viral success into a career worth paying attention to. His nostalgic brand of indie-pop is as catchy as it is swoon-worthy, a combo you can hear on last year’s EP Supernova . Before setting out on his first headlining tour in the fall, Bissett nabbed opening slots on the road with Lauv, Role Model, and other acts. On social media, he’s been teasing more new music and more tour dates, meaning this could be a breakthrough year for the star.
Meg Smith has been self-releasing music over the past four years, and has seen her labor pay off in spades. Her song “Cross My Heart I Hope You Die” was featured on shows like Netflix’s Ginny and Georgia , and Smith has been dropping a steady stream of new singles ever since. Her earliest songs, like “Fuck Friday,” sound like twisted takes on Disney-esque tween pop in the best way, and she’s only gotten bolder in the time since. Her latest track, “Jesus Christ in a Mini Skirt,” is a pitch-perfect “Fuck you” to an ex with unrealistic expectations.

The beloved Hip-Hop/K-Pop group just announced they’ll play stadiums and arenas all over North America this July and August on their ten-concert ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT : WILL TO POWER’ tour .
Midway through the run, Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho stop at New York’s Citi Field on Saturday, Aug. 3.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

Six Reasons Why Going To Gigs Alone Is The Best
So you want to go see that metalcore band you love but none of your friends like that “shouty” music? Or you REALLY want to go check out that new artist on TikTok you discovered but all your mates won’t go to a gig where they only know one song? Or worse, your group of friends cannot get themselves organized and work out which show and when to go on a tour, so you’re worried you’ll miss out on tickets. Let them be miserable and start living your best life by going to concerts by yourself. Trust us, it’ll be the best thing you’ll ever do!
Going to gigs alone can be daunting. What am I going to do with myself in between sets? Are people going to think I’m weird? Why would I not want to share the experience?
Listen, we are all for sharing the experience, but sometimes it’s either missing out or going alone, and in those cases we definitely recommend going alone. Here’s a few reasons why you’ll never regret it once you build up the courage to go through with it.
1 . See artists you really REALLY want to see
Imagine the FOMO of missing your favourite band on their new tour, hearing all those new songs live, seeing everyone post about it. Don’t let that happen, and get that ticket. Plus you then get to tell the pals who didn’t want to come how you saw that band or artist before they blew up or how they played that one B-side track that everyone loves – now who has FOMO?
2. Meet new friends
It’s no secret that music brings people together. That moment when everyone’s favourite ballad hits and there’s not a dry eye in the building, you turn to your left or right and suddenly you bond with a stranger over your favourite song. For the metalheads, we also recommend mosh pits, follow the rules of the pit but what a way to make new friends!
3. The freedom
Now hear us out – but going to a gig alone means you can get to the venue when you want, you can go to the loos when you want, you can stand in line at the merch for hours and no one will ask if you’re sure you want to wait. And no one will drag you home when you want to wait after the show has finished and find every piece of confetti or ask for the setlist.
4 . It’s a cult
You are not alone in going to gigs by yourself, you’d probably be surprised by how many people do the same thing. Some fan groups even have entire sub cultures of going to gigs alone (shoutout to Frank Turner’s solo armada, we see you!) – bringing us back to reason #2, new friends.
5. Confidence boost
Going to a gig by yourself will do wonders for your confidence. Sure the first time might feel a bit awkward and weird, but isn’t it always? Remember your first day of school? And then it was kind of okay after a while (let’s ignore our teenage years…) Once you’ve done it and experience all of the divinity of a solo gig you’ll feel free as a bird.
6. Experience the music your way
Whether you love hanging out by the bar, need to be front row, prefer seats or want to leave a bit earlier to catch the last train – the world is your oyster! The experience is yours, you don’t need to coordinate with someone else, rely on them to enjoy the show as much as you are and have as much of a good time as you are. And frankly, if you took a chance on a new genre or new artist and it isn’t your vibe, you can just go home. Glorious.
So there you have it – doesn’t sound too bad now does it?! At the end of the day it all comes down to you and your artist, a concert will always be a shared experience whether with strangers or friends. The most important thing to do is have fun.
Your next gig awaits
It all starts here.
Create memories to last a lifetime
Whether it’s your favourite band, an evening with friends, discovering new artists or the seventh show on the tour, we are your go-to home for all things live music.
Don’t miss out on the biggest announcement and keep checking back for latest news and last chance tickets.

Taylor Swift was back on the golf scene this past weekend as the pop star was in Las Vegas with her boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce . He loves to play golf and has participated in multiple celebrity charity events.
They attended The 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Golf Classic gala.
The famous duo were photographed together at the gala, and she was seen cheering Kelce on during the charity golf tournament.
She is not new to the golf scene, and any die heart Swiftie knows she uses a golf club in the “Blank Space” music video. Swift also uses one when she plays that song during her Eras Tour. The 34-year-old also wore a bracelet designed by Michelle Wie West at the SuperBowl.
Thanks to Golf.com’s Claire Rogers, her incredible sleuthing skills and fellow obsession with Swift, fans now have all the evidence they can want.
Photos of her and Kelce arriving to the gala started to surface on the internet, and fans went wild over it.

After all of the charity items on the docket had been sold, Kelce took the stage. To everyone’s surprise and excitement, he then auctioned off four Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets.
Incredibly, they garnered $80,000, which was confirmed by the Auctioneer through social media.

The footage of Swift and Kelce did not stop there. At the celebrity golf tournament, there is a reel that features the tight end, and for a split second, one can see the 14-time Grammy winner cheering on her boyfriend in the background.
Kelce is a massive golfer. He and Mahomes played together in The Match and beat Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
The SuperBowl winning tight end also participated in last year’s American Centry Celebrity Golf Championship Tournament where he was a crowd favorite.

Kelce has gone all over the world to support her at various tour stops and now it’s her turn to be the cheerleader at something he enjoys.
Swift is on a break before kicking off the last leg of her international Eras Tour that starts back on May 9.

How Sabrina Carpenter's style has evolved, from her Disney star days to stealing the spotlight at Coachella
- Sabrina Carpenter's style has evolved since she rose to fame as a Disney star.
- Her red carpet and concert fashion has become more daring through the years.
- Carpenter perfected the sheer trend on and off the stage and is now synonymous with minidresses.
If anyone is in the running for the crown of pop music's princess, it's Sabrina Carpenter .
In the past year, the 24-year-old opened for Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour , took the stage at Coachella , made headlines for dating "Saltburn" star Barry Keoghan , and recently released "Espresso," which is on track to become this summer's biggest hit.
But Carpenter is no stranger to the spotlight. Her singing and acting career spans over a decade and includes appearances on Disney Channel TV shows and movies, including "Girl Meets World" and "Adventures in Babysitting."
From child star to pop princess, Carpenter has honed her style just as she has her career. She's become synonymous with playful minidresses onstage and daring sheer looks on the red carpet.
Here's a look at Carpenter's fashion evolution .
During one of her early red-carpet appearances for Nickelodeon in 2014, Carpenter experimented with edgy footwear and darker tones.
She wore a black playsuit cinched at the waist with a silver belt. Carpenter coordinated with a bold silver necklace, keeping her hair in loose, natural curls.
Being around 5 feet tall, Carpenter is known for wearing platform footwear. This early red-carpet appearance, where she wore a pair of black-and-gold laced platform heels with bedazzled stockings, was no different.
She attended her first Emmys in a gothic Gemy Maalouf gown.
The gown featured silver embroidery and a semi-sheer skirt. Carpenter paired it with black strappy heels and a gray marbled clutch.
In 2017, Carpenter was spotted rocking daring fashion in the front row at notable runway shows.
For example, at Coach's NYFW show that year, she wore a sheer skirt with a pink button-up, which she layered under a red biker jacket decorated with poppies and black-and-white lace trim. She completed the look with black stilettos.
That year, she also started experimenting with more daring looks while performing.
In July 2017, she took to the stage in LA wearing a sheer lace dress over black zip-up shorts. Carpenter coordinated her all-black look with chunky black boot heels with gold sequins.
For her first VMAs appearance in 2018, the "Espresso" singer wore an asymmetrical Versace gown, complete with a high collar and slit.
She paired the bandage-style dress with nude pointed-toe heels, white nail polish, and minimal jewelry. She styled her hair in a loose bun.
Carpenter put her signature playful spin on the power suit at the 2019 premiere of "Tall Girl."
She ditched a shirt and accessorized her 1970s-inspired silver look with a dramatic pink dew-drop earring.
The pop princess went all in on the "naked" dress trend at the 2020 MTV Movie and TV Awards.
Her sparkly see-through gown, designed by Ralph and Russo, had one long sleeve. She wore it with black lingerie and platform heels.
Carpenter mastered edginess when she arrived at the 2021 Savage X Fenty Show premiere wearing a white T-shirt as a dress.
The minidress was cinched at the waist with a black studded belt. She leaned into the show's sultry aesthetic with wet hair and red lipstick.
She nailed the 2022 Met Gala's "Gilded Glamour" dress code in a gold ensemble designed by Julien Dossena at Paco Rabanne.
The heavy sequin-and-rhinestone ensemble consisted of a flowing high-waisted skirt and a coordinating bralette. She completed the look with Jimmy Choo heels.
Carpenter described the event as her "Super Bowl" to Vogue and praised her outfit for being "shockingly comfortable," adding to her confidence.
Later that year, Carpenter walked the American Music Awards red carpet in a silver fringed Oscar de la Renta two-piece.
The outfit consisted of a fringed crop top and miniskirt. She accessorized with coordinating silver jewelry and heels.
She partnered with Paco Rabanne again for her daring 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party look.
Her dress featured a ruched white skirt and a semi-sheer top with floral accents around the chest and wrists.
In 2023, Carpenter started opening for Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour, where she fully leaned into her love for miniskirts and sparkles.
She wore one of her most memorable Eras Tour looks during a Buenos Aires show in November. Her all-white outfit was made up of a $642 Seen Users corset decorated with crystal hearts, a coordinating $450 Dominnico leather skirt, and glittery custom-made Naked Wolfe heels.
Carpenter brought an element of her daring onstage fashion to the red carpet at a pre-Grammys gala in February.
For the event, she wore a black David Koma gown with a silver rose embellishment, turtleneck, and thigh-high slit.
Carpenter was one of the most talked-about performers at Coachella, where she wore a baby-blue look with a matching moto jacket.
Carpenter looked in her element onstage at Coachella , wearing a bespoke pastel-blue Frolov minidress with lace trim and silver heart detailing. She completed her outfit with a coordinating cropped vintage leather jacket and a $480 pair of metallic Givenchy sunglasses.
