The Justice World Tour is back! On Tuesday (July 19), Justin Bieber announced the show would once again hit the road via the tour’s official social media channels after postponing multiple shows due to his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis.

“‼️#JusticeTour‼️ @justinbieber will start his tour again at the end of July…happy to see you well & can’t wait to see you on stage JB! #BIEBERISBACK,” the caption read, while the post itself added that the tour will kick off again at the Lucca Festival in Lucca, Italy, on July 31.

After playing a number of European festivals over the summer, the pop star will then head to South America, South Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Details on Bieber’s postponed string of shows in the U.S. will be announced later.

The “Peaches” crooner revealed in a video in early June that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt , a condition that is caused by the same virus that causes the chickenpox. Facial paralysis, which the pop star experienced, and hearing loss are potential complications. As such, he was unable to perform and postponed all of his appearances throughout the rest of June and much of July, affecting 14 shows scheduled in Toronto; Washington, D.C.; New York; Boston, and more.

While he’s stayed under the radar in the weeks since sharing his diagnosis, both wife Hailey Bieber and one-time mentor Usher have given updates on the pop star’s health , with the latter recently confirming earlier this week that Bieber was “doing great.”

“Seeing him on vacation, we managed to hang out with each other, and I think that whatever he may be experiencing right now, it’s actually really great to see that he has the support from his fans and his family,” Usher told Extra .

JUSTIN BIEBER ANNOUNCES NEW GLOBAL DATES FOR WORLD TOUR

jb world tour

WORLDWIDE TREK EXPANDS TO FIVE CONTINENTS RUNNING THROUGH MARCH 2023

MORE DATES IN ASIA & THE MIDDLE EAST ARE TO BE ANNOUNCED VERY SOON EXTRA DATES KICKING OFF MAY 22, 2022 IN MONTERREY, MEXICO

Justice: The Complete Edition  HERE

Justin Bieber  announced new dates for his much-anticipated  Justice World Tour.   Taking place from May 2022 through to March 2023, Bieber will tour five continents, travelling to over 20 countries and playing more than 90 dates, with more shows to be announced in Asia and the Middle East very soon.

The new dates come on the heels of his recently announced  52-date 2022 North American tour , kicking off in San Diego on February 18. Each evening promises to be a celebration for both Justin and his fans, who have been looking forward to these new shows since the pandemic sidelined the previously announced 2020 dates.  The international shows start in May 2022 in Mexico and will then continue on to Scandinavia for festival shows in August; South America, South Africa and the Middle East in September & October, and then over to Australia and New Zealand in November & December before moving to the UK and Europe in early 2023.

The ‘Justice World Tour,’ promoted by AEG Presents, is Justin’s first global outing since 2016/2017’s ‘Purpose World Tour’.  Described by The Times of London as “mesmerising”, Bieber played to 2.7 million fans over the course of his 2016-2017 run, with the finale seen by 65,000 fans at London’s British Summer Time Hyde Park Festival

On New Year’s Eve 2020, Justin live-streamed his first full performance in 3 years from Los Angeles, electrifying and reconnecting with fans around the world.

“ We’ve been working hard to create the best show we’ve ever done, and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. I’ll see you soon ,” said Bieber. One dollar from each ticket purchased will be donated to the Bieber Foundation , which is committed to supporting causes close to Justin’s heart.

The ‘ Justice World Tour ’ is named after Justin’s latest smash hit album ‘ Justice ’.  Released in March 2021, it debuted as the most streamed album in 117 countries.  The album and its tracks have taken the already global pop phenomenon to new heights.

‘Justice’  has amassed nearly 9 billion streams worldwide, arriving on the back of huge international hits ‘Anyone’, ‘Lonely’ and ‘Holy’, which had already gathered 2 billion streams prior to the album’s release.  Another breakout smash hit from the album immediately followed, with ‘Peaches’ racking up over 2.5 billion streams so far. The Kid LAROI duet ‘Stay’, was released in July this year and became the fastest song ever to hit 1 billion streams on Spotify.

In an unprecedented career that started when he was 13 years old, Bieber has released 6 studio albums and holds 32 Guinness World Records, 21 Billboard Music Awards, 2 BRIT Awards, 18 American Music Awards and 21 MTV Europe Music Awards. He has sold over 80 million albums and last year broke Elvis Presley’s record as the youngest solo artist to have 8 albums reach Number 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.  In August, he broke the all-time record for monthly listeners on Spotify with over 83 million.

Recently named Artist Of The Year at the MTV Video Music Awards and nominated for a field-leading 8 MTV EMA Awards, Bieber remains the Number 1 artist on both YouTube and Spotify worldwide, cementing his place as one of the biggest pop stars of the 21 st  century.

Justin Bieber Announces Rescheduled 2021 Tour Dates

By Claire Shaffer

Claire Shaffer

Justin Bieber has announced a rescheduled 2021 World Tour after his original Changes Tour shows this summer were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The new stadium and arena tour will kick off June 2nd, 2021, at San Diego’s Pechanga Arena, and run through August 15th, with a final show in Sacramento, California. Some of the dates are rescheduled from the original 45-date arena tour, while others are new shows added for 2021.

“I can’t wait to get out there and connect with my fans on this tour,” Bieber said in a statement. “We’ve been through so much this year. More than ever, we’ve come to understand how much we need each other, and how meaningful these moments can really be.”

The press release referred to the new tour as Justin Bieber World Tour, and on Twitter, Bieber manager Scooter Braun implied that a new album may be in the works:

Justin Bieber Returns To The Stage a Year After Canceling World Tour

Justin bieber took the stage at scotiabank arena in toronto to perform during the nfl all-star draft, and his wife hailey bieber gave fans a glimpse at the acoustic set..

Justin Bieber fans have been waiting forever and a day for this moment.

The "One Less Lonely Girl" singer officially returned to the stage for the first time since canceling the rest of his Justice World Tour amid his struggle with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome .

Justin performed a medley of hits—including his tracks "Peaches" and "Ghost" as well as SZA 's "Snooze"—at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto following the NHL All-Star Player draft on Feb. 1. And he was aptly dressed for the occasion, wearing a blue NHL All-Star jersey , along with a backward baseball cap and baggy jeans.

His wife Hailey Bieber shared several videos of the occasion to her Feb. 1 Instagram Story , including one where Justin sings a bit of his 2010 track "Eenie Meenie." Referencing Taylor Swift 's record-breaking tour, the 27-year-old jokingly captioned the video, "Here's your JB eras tour performance."

And Justin, who captained one of four teams at the event, wasn't the only star to make an appearance at the draft as his fellow Canadian superstars Michael Bublé , Will Arnett , and Tate McRae also headed teams.

Still, the Drew founder's performance was especially exciting for fans, as Justin has kept a fairly low profile amid his battle with the rare neurological disease.

Back in June 2022, he shared he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, revealing it had caused facial paralysis and left him unable to smile or blink from one eye. After postponing several dates to recover, the 29-year-old tried to resume his tour a few months later, he ultimately canceled the rest of the North American leg of his tour before quietly canceling the rest of his tour last March .

"I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being," he wrote in a Sept. 2022 Instagram Story . "I'm going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better."

Since stepping back to focus on his health, Justin has rarely taken the stage aside from accompanying The Kid Laroi  in January 2023. From the stage wings, he joined his "Stay" collaborator for a rendition of the song.

Two months later, the "Sorry" singer showed off his progress in recovering from Ramsay Hunt, posting a video on social media in March 2023 of him able to grin ear to ear.

While the event is in Korea, he is hinting at potentially holding international events for fans too. During his and BamBam ‘s join virtual fansigns, he was asked if he would be visiting Thailand, and he confirmed.

Already,  Mark Tuan is scheduled to meet with fans in Thailand for his “PULL UP” fanmeeting this upcoming weekend. BamBam is also confirmed to be the official MC for the event.

It’s not only an Asia tour, though. In another virtual fansign call, Jay B was asked if he would go to the United States. He hesitated to say but implied that he would but emphasized to the Ahgase to wait for not only him but  all  members.

Maybe… If I can. Yeah, if I can go to U.S. …But I have some other things, but I’ll try to… Just wait for me and … other members. — Jay B
I asked Jaebeom if he plan on having a concert here in the US and he said may be. He has some things to do this year but he will try. If not to wait for him and also to wait for all the members 🥺💚 pic.twitter.com/of5ibrmkwk — Kritika ✵ 👷🏼 (@ahgatika) May 24, 2022

Where Is Jüstin Bieber Now? Not Touring.

Portrait of Jason P. Frank

It’s not that Justin Bieber is saying “never” to touring (he would never say never ), but his upcoming Justice World tour has been canceled. Sorry . The tour was previously postponed five times, most recently on October 6. The singer accredited the previous postponement to his battle with Ramsay Hunt disorder , which left him with significant facial paralysis. “I need to make my health the priority right now,” he said when he announced the initial postponement on an Instagram Story, according to Deadline . The Utilita Arena in Sheffield officially announced that its date of the tour was canceled on February 28. Fans with tickets for other dates received messages from ticket-sale venues that their dates are officially canceled, rather than postponed, according to the L.A. Times . Ticketmaster officially canceled all dates of the tour on its website , though Bieber himself has not yet mentioned the cancellation. Fans will get automatic refunds for the missed concert dates, though it’s worth noting that the refund will go to the person who purchased the tickets, so anyone who purchased via scalper, beware.

Justin Bieber ‘s “Justice” world tour has come to an abrupt end.

After several postponements , the singer and his team have seemingly called off the remaining shows of the tour’s European leg and more, including the June 2024 shows scheduled for the Kia Forum in Inglewood. The Utilita Arena Sheffield in the U.K., one of the upcoming stops on Bieber’s tour, announced on Tuesday that “the show has been cancelled.”

Fans on Twitter shared screenshots from ticket sales platforms AXS and Ticketmaster announcing that their upcoming events have been canceled as well.

Justin Bieber postpones tour after syndrome leaves his face partially paralyzed

Pop musician Justin Bieber announced Friday that he is taking a hiatus after Ramsay Hunt syndrome has caused partial facial paralysis.

June 10, 2022

“We regret to inform you that the Justin Bieber shows planned to take place at The O2 arena have been cancelled,” according to a screenshot of an email from the London venue that was shared in a tweet . “We understand you will be disappointed and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause,” the email continued.

Additionally, the Ticketmaster website listed a majority of shows, including those at the Tauron Arena in Krakow, Poland, and the AO Arena in Manchester, Great Britain, as canceled. Several of Bieber’s 2024 shows are also listed as canceled.

Representatives for Bieber did not immediately respond to The Times’ request for confirmation on Tuesday.

Justin Bieber to resume world tour after partial facial paralysis

Last month, singer Justin Bieber postponed his Justice world tour after becoming infected with a virus that caused his face to be partially paralyzed.

July 19, 2022

The “Justice” tour cancellation comes months after Bieber, 28, announced that he would take a break from touring in September . The singer said in a post to his Instagram story that calling off future shows would allow him to focus on himself.

“After getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now,” the “Peaches” singer said in a statement a day after performing at the Rock in Rio in Rio de Janeiro.

He continued: “So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being. I’m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better.”

Bieber first postponed his tour in June 2022 after sharing with fans that he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a virus that has caused partial facial paralysis.

“As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile in this side of my face. This nostril will not move,” Bieber said in an Instagram video. “So there’s full paralysis on this side of my face.”

The Mayo Clinic said Ramsay Hunt occurs in people who have had chickenpox and is a shingles outbreak that affects a nerve near one ear and causes one-sided paralysis and hearing loss. It’s most common in people older than 60.

‘Exhaustion overtook me’: Justin Bieber calls off world tour again for health reasons

Justin Bieber previously postponed his tour in June after revealing his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis. He resumed live performances in July.

Sept. 6, 2022

“So for those who are frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I’m just physically, obviously not capable of doing them,” Bieber said in his June video. “This is pretty serious, as you can see. I wish this wasn’t the case, but obviously my body is telling me I gotta slow down.”

Stream It Or Skip It: ‘Our World’ on Amazon Prime, Chronicling Justin Bieber’s COVID Concert On An LA Roof

'Today's Jenna Bush Hager Reveals The "Crazy" Thing She Worried About Before Having Kids — While Hoda Kotb Says It "Speaks Volumes" About Her

Stream it or skip it: ‘kids are growing up: a story about a kid named laroi’ on prime video, a scrapbook-style doc following the rapper and singer as he dips into fame, nhl all-star weekend 2024 schedule: how to watch and stream, times, rosters, stream it or skip it: ‘trap jazz’ on hulu, a doc about three atlanta musicians blazing a new trail of creative expression.

15 years after it all began for him, Justin Bieber is a 150 million-record-selling phenomenon with two Grammys, a well-burnished Forbes Magazine celebrity power ranking, and a gilded throne where he sits before his vast army of Beliebers. OK, that’s all cool, but COVID shut him down, too. And that’s when the concept behind the concert in Our World (Amazon Prime) came about. Follow JB as he prepares for and plays a New Year’s Eve 2020 show staged on the roof of LA’s Beverly Hilton, livestreaming the event for a world in Lockdown…

JUSTIN BIEBER: OUR WORLD : STREAM IT OR SKIP IT?

The Gist: Once the wheels have been greased by his management and creative teams, it’s up to Justin Bieber to prepare himself for his first full concert in three years, and prepare to do it during a raging worldwide pandemic. Our World makes a lot of hay about how COVID protocols adjusted how the show was prepped for and played, as well as how the film was shot; Bieber himself contributes with a “self-capture” camera for moments at home with his wife Hailey Baldwin, as well as in the staging area for the concert, 30 days out from showtime. The site: The roof of the ballroom at Los Angeles’ Beverly Hilton, home of the Golden Globes and now, a live set that will feature a triangular stage facing the V-shaped room wings. 240 VIPs and guests  — the extreme limit in a city on Lockdown — will take in the show live, while perhaps 240 million will stream it worldwide. That’s the plan, anyway.

Preparations continue as the days tick down, with daily rapid testing for crew and talent. And Our World intercuts that footage with the show itself, where Bieber, dressed in a casually baggy vintage Nike hoodie, runs through hits like “Sorry,” “Second That Emotion,” “Boyfriend,” and “Baby,” all of them with the guest shots from the likes of Travis Scott and Ludacris on tape, since COVID and weight restrictions keep the stage personnel sparse. (Bieber is joined throughout by his troupes of male and female dancers and a longtime backup band that includes a bassist, drummer, and DJ.) For “Boyfriend,” Our World cuts energetically between choreo rehearsal for the song and the real thing occurring; it’s one dynamic moment in an otherwise pretty straightforward see-saw between prep and performance.

As events roll on to zero hour, Bieber’s lead choreographer tests positive for COVID, throwing a wrench into prep. The livestream crashes, because every Belieber the world over logs in at once. But the show must go on, and it does, with “Where Are U Now” and “Anyone” providing some of the most electric pyro and laser moments of the evening. And as drones morph a cross into a big pink “JB” in the sky, cameras capture the star and his dancers descending from the roof stage. “”Being an entertainer can be very self-serving if you let it, because everyone’s screaming for you,” Bieber muses in a closing voiceover. “You gotta constantly go back to the thought of ‘Why.’ ‘Why am I singing for all of these people? Is it because I want to feel good about myself? Or is it to make others feel good about themselves?'”

What Movies Will It Remind You Of? The Justin Bieber documentary Never Say Never found him preparing for a really big show, too, only it was 2011 and Biebs was still a fresh-faced teen pop sensation with a penchant for drum solos. 2013’s Believe , meanwhile, was straight up angel worship, a hagiographic spectacle that paid lip service to bringing a supposed deity down to earth.

Performance Worth Watching: Honestly, a companion documentary delving into the engineering and logistical specifics of preparing the roof of the nearly 70-year-old Beverly Hilton to host a Justin Bieber concert, replete with its dancers, musicians, and weighty instrument backline, its pyrotechnic rigs and mini-jib cranes, would be really interesting. As it is, the preparation and execution of the roof site does get some compelling screen time in Our World .

Memorable Dialogue: If there’s a narrative thread running through the behind-the-scenes stuff here, it’s Bieber’s evolution as the trusted chief of his tribe, and JB himself sheds some light on his management style. “One of the coolest definitions of leadership that I’ve heard is harnessing human energy to make effective change.” He’s Dale Carnegie in a plush baby blue Drew House hoodie.

Sex and Skin: There are a few shots of a shirtless Biebs, if anybody with a quick draw on the pause button is still trying to decode his litany of tattoos.

Our Take: Justin Bieber is newly, happily married, sleeping with four humidifiers in his bedroom, cracking Step Brothers resets to his “self-capture” camera, and taking long morning walks through his Hollywood Hills neighborhood. That’s about the extent of what Our World reveals about Bieber’s private world, beyond a brief visit with his younger siblings. What this doc mostly wants to focus on is how much the singer has matured as a boss and inspirational force since he burst onto the music scene in 2007. (The occasional video throwbacks to a precocious teen Biebs somehow look ancient, but they’re largely from 2013.) Band members and production staff speak highly of him, his aura, his stamina — it’s like B-roll for a “Best Places to Work” corporate video. Bieber does profess his gratitude that he’s able to keep doing what he loves, as well as employing professionals, during COVID and Lockdown. “I think it’s just so lucky that we get to work during this time, ‘cause a lot of people don’t…”

That sentiment is admirable. And the live set itself does have its moments, particularly when the dancers move into a frenzy for “What Do You Mean,” the pyro and lasers pulse and explode in time with Bieber’s vocal drops, and cut-ins capture the assembled VIP’s losing their shit on the hotel room balconies. But it’s not clear that Our World offers any greater insight into where Bieber is as a person and a performer than being someone who’s become more grounded since his marriage and more of a professional after a decade-plus in show business. For the Beliebers, though, maybe that’s enough. For everyone else, Our World might be what it sometimes feels like: a promotional item for Bieber’s upcoming, rescheduled-after-COVID world tour, with beats and choreo added.

Our Call: STREAM IT. All ten zillion Beliebers probably streamed this concert back on New Year’s Eve. But Our World does put some seasoning on the now 27-year-old JB and his life in the spotlight.

Harris to embark on a seven-state campaign blitz with her VP pick

Vice President Kamala Harris will set out this week on a swing-state campaign blitz, giving her a far heavier travel schedule than her opponent, former President Donald Trump.

It will be a critical week for Harris, who is rushing to introduce herself to voters with just three months until Election Day. It will also be the first time she will appear with her yet-to-be-announced running mate.

Starting Tuesday, Harris will campaign across seven swing states over five days, one of the heaviest weeks of campaign-related travel in the general election.

Her team has vetted six contenders to be her running mate: Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

Walz, Shapiro and Kelly each met separately with Harris on Sunday, according to a source familiar with the meetings.

Harris is set to appear alongside her running mate for the first time Tuesday in Philadelphia , where the pair will kick off the cross-country tour.

Her travel swing is a stark contrast to the pace of Trump and President Joe Biden. Trump has delivered remarks in 10 states since the June 27 debate, while Biden traveled to campaign stops in eight states during the final 24 days of his candidacy. Harris’ travel this week will take her to seven states in less than a fourth of the time.

Harris will visit five states that she and Biden flipped blue in 2020: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia and Arizona. She will also make stops in North Carolina, which Biden lost by a slim margin, and Nevada, where Democrats won narrowly.

The trip highlights the generational gap between Harris compared with Biden and Trump, Democratic allies said.

Biden’s candidacy was consistently plagued by voter concerns about his age, and his final weeks as the presumptive nominee were punctuated by a stream of congressional Democrats urging him to pass the torch to a new generation.

“Age really does matter” when it comes to a candidate’s ability to commit to long campaign trips, said Amanda Renteria, who was the national political director for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

Harris, 59, is a generation younger than Trump, 78, and Biden, 81.

In 2020, Biden was the oldest presidential winner in history. If elected, Trump would be the oldest sitting president by the end of his term.

“It is amazing what candidates can do when they’re traveling around, and you don’t know what time it is, and you don’t know what day it is, but everyone’s in it,” she said. “And you can only sustain that for so long. And when you’re at the age of Trump, I don’t know how you keep up with that.”

Trump is scheduled this week to hold a rally Friday and deliver remarks at a dinner in Montana, a state he won in 2020 with 56.9% of the vote. He is also scheduled to hold a fundraiser Saturday in Colorado, which Biden won by a similar margin in 2020. Neither state is considered to be a swing state.

Reached for comment, Trump campaign communications director Steven Cheung pointed to the overall difference in the number of Trump and Harris campaign trips.

"In this cycle, President Trump has by far visited more battleground states, held more rallies, held more fundraisers, done more interviews and engaged with local reporters," Cheung said of Trump, who launched his campaign more than a year and a half before Harris became the presumptive Democratic nominee.

"Kamala Harris can’t even give a simple media interview since she was anointed the Democrat nominee," he continued. Harris has not held a sit-down media interview since Biden dropped out of the race on July 21, though she has answered journalists' questions in media gaggles.

In the days after Biden's widely panned June debate in Georgia, his campaign was in damage control mode. Biden spoke at a North Carolina rally and traveled to fundraisers in New York, New Jersey and Virginia before he held a rally in Wisconsin.

His next campaign trips were to Pennsylvania, Michigan and Nevada, the last of which was cut short when he contracted Covid. Days later, he dropped out of the race.

Democratic National Committee spokesperson Abhi Rahman said that if Biden had stayed in the race, "I'm sure that there would have been blitzes like this, as well."

But now "there's definitely a lot of desire to make sure that the vice president is defining herself and her VP before Republicans get a chance to," Rahman said. "So the timing of this definitely goes with that."

When Biden was the presumptive nominee, the Trump campaign aimed many of its attacks at his cognitive ability, leaning into voters' concerns about his age. But with Harris' being a generation younger than Trump, Republicans have had to pivot their approach.

"I think she's making a point of her relative youth and vitality," said Bill Galston, a Brookings Institution fellow and official in President Bill Clinton's administration. "It's a point that she doesn't have to talk about because she's just showing it."

Harris' campaign swing is also consistent with how candidates typically pick up the pace as the election draws closer, said Aleigha Cavalier, a Democratic strategist at the strategy and marketing agency Precision Strategies. But she said Harris' travel pace compared to Trump's and Biden's is "a real advantage."

"I think the fact that she's willing and able to do this many events in a small amount of time is something that can make a real difference, especially when we're less than a hundred days out" from the election, Cavalier said.

Traveling for campaign events can create more opportunities for local media coverage, accelerate fundraising and identify potential future volunteers, said Eric Jaye, a Democratic consultant at Storefront Political Media, a campaign consulting firm. But most important, candidates are activating thousands of "micro-influencers" at rallies, he said.

"They're all holding up their phones, and they're all publishers," he said, adding that when rallygoers post pictures of themselves with a candidate, "that will go out to their networks, which is an endorsement for their networks."

"If you can get 10,000 people to share that they trust Kamala Harris, that has an impact as a form of media and communication in and of itself," Jaye said. "So essentially these are conventions of micro-influencers."

Already, the Harris campaign has touted a groundswell of volunteer support, noting in a memo released Saturday that over the previous 12 days, volunteers had placed 2.3 million phone calls and knocked on 172,000 doors.

The seven-state tour “shows that she has a ton of energy,” Renteria said. “It shows that her campaign is ready to go and is thinking through things and able to execute well. So it’s super exciting.”
